A thoroughly disappointing experience, especially considering the high price tag attached to every dish. Despite the nice view, the food quality left much to be desired. Starting with the pizza, it was almost shockingly bland. The crust was dry and tasted like frozen pizza. For the premium price, one would expect at least a decent, wood-fired taste, but this pizza fell short of even the most basic expectations. Then came the fish and chips, a classic dish that should be simple yet satisfying. Sadly, the fish was greasy and soggy, with a thick, doughy batter that masked any natural flavor the fish might have had. The dips and chips were equally uninspired. The curry sauce is awful. The entire sharing board felt like a poor imitation of a dish you’d get from a pub but at an exorbitant cost. The service, while polite, couldn’t make up for the subpar food. The waiter has no idea where the toilet is, did not ask if we need any sauces and no one greets you on arrival so it feels like there's no services at all but they charged a 10 percent service charge. Overall, level 3 needs a serious upgrade in their kitchen and ingredients if they hope to justify their sky-high prices. Until then, I’d recommend dining elsewhere for a meal that offers true value for your money. 1/5 stars.

Food was good, but the pizza could be better. It is however a perfect spot to grab a drink, it has an amazing view. The service was impeccable, Lewis was very nice and did a great job!

Beautiful place, friendly waiters, nice view and burgers are very delicious. I took a Big Daddy Burger after the waiter recommended it to me and did not regret.

Service, food and atmosphere all on a brutally low level. Please, stay away from this place unless you have no other option or you are forced to eat here. It's a total joke in every way. All the food is garbage and the prices are way beyond ridiculous! £9.5 for a dessert and £7 for an instant soup with a 2-3 days old dry bread etc. Awful. Stay away, you've been warned.

We came for afternoon tea using our wowcher voucher. Lovely service. I like how they position everyone with a window seat. The sandwiches were a bit dried out, but still delicious and the cakes were amazing. Great value for money.
