⭐ 1/5 – What on Earth Happened to Beefeater Middleton Road? Went today with the family and honestly, it was a disaster from start to finish. First off, the chef served our kid a burned beef burger. He wasn’t eating it, so I asked why β€” only to find it was completely burnt on one side within the bun. It’s a kids’ meal, for goodness’ sake. Should we really have to check a child’s food before they eat it? You should be able to trust the kitchen in a place like this. Second kids’ meal poppin chicken with chips and sweetcorn was actually okay β€” an improvement on the corn from our last visit, so credit where it’s due. Then came meal 3. The beef lasagne looked like it had been burned long before it reached the table, then nuked in a microwave to finish it off. The presentation was an absolute joke β€” the dish looked like a pebble-dashed toilet, and the salad looked like someone gave up halfway through chopping it. To top it off, it came with uncooked chips that were hard in the middle β€” how do you even mess that up? The waitresses looked like they were used to complaints and told us the chef had β€œbeen here for a while.” Honestly, that probably explains everything. The place used to be buzzing, now it’s practically empty β€” and after tonight, I’m not surprised. I’m a 35-year-old bloke, size 10 feet, no banana for scale but a bit of kitchen experience β€” and that food today was proper s**t. If I were the chef, I’d be embarrassed and seriously considering a new career path. Cold drinks were ok, hot chocolate was some watery s**t brown milk I wouldn't give my dog. What was once a decent family spot has turned into a complete embarrassment. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy paying full price for s**t food and bad service.

Lovely visit again today, me and my partner are here on a weekly basis and we love it. Really nice breakfast sometimes it is buffet and other times it is cooked to order (both are good) today was cooked to order and you choose how many of each item you would like which is nice as well because then your in control of your portion size. Myself, my partner and our youngest all really enjoyed the food today it was fab! They also have a little section for pastries and fruit salad, yoghurt and cereals etc that you can help yourself to as well as a coffee machine that you can have unlimited refills of (one of my fave bits) Special mention to Adrian who is very accommodating, always pleasant and has a chat with us.. great customer service and makes us feel welcome, thank you so much.

Spent Β£15 for a starter, side and soft-drink. The serving size was quite small for the price and the chicken goujons were a bit overcooked. However, the staff was lovely, the place was clean and the food arrived quickly.

Another good Beefeater by Premier Inn Heaton Park, Service is good but was slightly slow on the day I visited but it was very busy. Customer service is very good, the staff are friendly, we order Hallomi Fries for starters, main course was Fish & Chips & Grilled Vegetable Skewers. Dessert we went for Hot drink and a chocolate brownie. All very nice. Recommend!

Food here, both breakfast and dinner, were good. Breakfast buffet was a bit competitive but the ordered hot meal had good options. Restaurant area is deceptively large inside. Bar staff were friendly and drinks were good. Bar is about the size it looks but also some outdoor seating available. Apparently the whole building is heated by the same system - and connected to the hot water - so they can’t adjust the temperature at all, which did leave us feeling a little uncomfortably warm.

We just came in for a drink in the bar. All the time we were there, no tables were cleaned, food and dirty glasses were left on the tables. Customers had to clear the tables themselves. We are in the midst of a covid spike and there was a complete disregard for hygiene which is a shame because the pub is okay and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Following the above, I went to the ladies loo and walked out again.

Went to beefeater in heaton park after a nice walk and Even though it looks small from the outside its a spacious restaurant from the inside, wide enough between tables and very bright. The staff were welcoming and let me and my friend sat were we wanted. I ordered a lasagne with a side of rice and sweet potatoes fries, and halloumi fries. The lasagne was amazing, hot, and very tasty. To be honest one of the bests i have ever ate. The rice was ok, and the potatoes were good too. The alloumi fries weren't very nice or chewy, was just dry so I didn't finish them. But apart from that i do recommend this place to everyone going around this area. Its worth it. Will be coming back :)
