First time eating in as usually order takeaway. Went for son’s birthday and couldn’t have had a better evening. Staff so lovely and food excellent. Moved out of area so no more takeaway but will definitely be back to eat in the restaurant.

I really like this place and often go for the Sunday banquet. The Sunday banquet includes poppadoms and chutney tray. starter main with naan coffee It's a bargain. The staff are really friendly. Kitchen is clean, you can see it depending on where you sit. I would highly recommend the Sunday Banquet.

We visited on Sunday while in Manchester for the last night of Oasis. Atmosphere, welcome, staff, service and all-round feeling was second to none. We didn't order food, only drinks, but the free poppadoms were extremely welcomed! If we're in the area again I would not hesitate to visit and highly recommend for a fabulous welcome. Thank you for making our visit more special than it was already!

Food was really tasty, wasn't disappointed with what I got for the price. Only slight tweak I'd want is that the naans were maybe a bit too thick. I think I met the owner when I collected and he seemed delightful too. Slight warning, the 3 spice food options on the menu are definitely on the spicier side so only try those of you like a good kick. Sometimes spice can overpower the food but this was not the case here, they were all tasty. I would definitely eat here again.

Nice food. The jalfrezi sauce is very nice here. Not immediately that hot but has a bit of a kick after a few seconds but well balanced with it. Biryani looked delightfully well presented.

We went here Thursday tea time ..now we always either eat in or get a takeaway so as you can tell we alway go to the lime tree.. so I know that prices are on the up but please don’t take the Micky out of you customers £5 for a chips £5 for rice £5 for a nan bread £13:95 for a curry that had no sauce may I add just onion and pepper.. and when I asked why the hike in prices I was told if we didn’t then we would have to close the doors well I hope you do really well with your prices as I will not be coming back … we are all struggling remember that !!!!

Great food! We got a few different curries to share and could taste the different flavours across each. We'll be back!

Absolutely amazing selection of curries. The staff are brilliant and chefs know what they are doing. Food is cooked perfectly. Cannot wait to come back again soon. Cost about 40-50 pound for a 2 people including your drinks so it is worth it. The food is beautiful and the setting is really nice aswell.
