   My first and last time ordering from here. Ordered some food, received the wrong order which we realised after opening the naan bread which we expected to be a sandwich. Mistakes happen, this is fine. When I phoned up the takeaway, the guy who spoke to me was quite rude and was repeatedly insisting I had received the correct order because he put items in the bag and would not listen even after I listed what items we had received. Eventually he realised the error that we received someone elses order and asked us not to open the rest which was fine. They asked us to repack the order which we were happy to do so the delivery driver could pick it up. Delivery driver was extremely kind and apologetic when he arrived to pick up the wrong order and gave me refund as I explained I was on hold requesting a refund from the takeaway as I didn 't want the original order anymore due to the treatment I received on the phone and I had no idea if someone else had received my order and opened it.

   Ordered this weekend as we have done as a family for around 20 years I wanted something hot and tasty and was recommended the Jali Bhuna this did not disappoint, very tasty and hot would definitely recommend. We got the set meal for two chicken tikka masala was gorgeous also and the onion bhajis and naan bread can’t wait to order again soon! No Indian takeaway compares in prestwich !

   This has been our favourite Indian for years. We always get the same thing which is the set meal for 2. The food is always very tasty and fresh and the service is quick. The only reason I haven’t given 5* is the last twice our curries have only had 4 pieces of chicken in each and we have received no popadoms . I know there are cut backs but its a lot to pay for just sauces. Will order something different next time as its tasty food

   Just had my first takeaway from here as I usually go elsewhere. It's really good and the dishes were different and good flavour. Good value and reasonable delivery time. PS: I didn't give 5 stars because my curry (Chicken Shahee) needed more spice/heat and the saag bhaji was a bit bland. Otherwise I'll definitely order from here again.
