Phenomenal three course lunch at OSMA. We were totally new to fine dining and this restaurant blew our minds! The food was sensational and just the perfect balance of new things we hadn't tried but with ingredients we knew we liked. The staff were very friendly and the whole experience was a complete joy. Thank you!

Wow. Well this is a new favourite. It was a little anniversary celebration and we’re glad we came. From the minute we walked in it felt warm, welcoming and calm. The service from start to finish was amazing, the waitress was tentative, asked us if we enjoyed every dish before clearing and gave a fantastic orange wine recommendation. Dani and the team really have something special here. Seabass sashimi served halfway through our choices of small plates - very good timing as it was light, crisp and refreshing, it felt almost like a pallet cleanser that we needed. The lamb was cooked to absolute perfection served with an ever so salted satay sauce and tender lamb belly. Unreal. My partner said the oysters were β€œthe best she’s ever had” and could really get behind how good quality they were. Every dish was explained to us, each element explained it felt very personal. All with punchy flavours and high quality cooking. We even stayed for another glass of wine at the bar because we were enjoying ourselves so much, only to be given a chocolate truffle as a little celebration for us both. This was delicious, not heavy at all but still very rich and silky. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked to return again whilst we were still in the restaurant. We can’t wait to come back!

Had the Sunday roast today. Sunday roast was really good, served as purely protein and the Yorkshire pudding and trimmings to share. The quality of the food was really good! For the price though, I’d have expected some more beef, that was a disappointing portion. The veggies stood out more that the protein, also, the size of the Yorkshire pudding was a bit small. Deserts were outstanding. Extremely decadent, rich and tasty. Both the honey pudding with custard and the local berry tart with ice cream - lovely balance of flavour! Note : I hate restaurants putting on assumptive service charges even if discretionary. Let customers decide if and how much they want to reward great service with.

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Prestwich. My wife and I are foodies, and it has quickly become one of our favorites. The interior is stunning, with a beautiful design that adds to the overall dining experience. The food is exceptional, with a passion and excitement evident in every dish. The variety of flavors is remarkable, each bite an explosion of taste. We couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend this place!

We went on Saturday night to try the dinner menu and ordered a set of small plates. They were all excellent. I don’t even know which one was my favourite! But the tuna tartar, pea risotto, tempura, and the lemon sole were absolutely amazing. Do not miss the orange flavoured white wine from Mendoza Argentina. It significantly enhanced our experiences, highly recommended! The service was attentive, knowledgeable abs kind. The atmosphere also provided a relax and mellow environment. The music played was also the right volume (hate it when some places are so loud you just want to leave!) We will definitely be back very soon.

A lovely lunch, a small menu but this made the food top class. My mum full enjoyed the experience and said the dishes were the right size and didn’t over face you. Would love to return

We went for the lunch menu, which was very reasonably priced. We had a snack of bread and whipped butter to start. Starter was a pea soup or a tenderstem broccoli dish with a cheese I can’t remember the name of, and pesto, both of which were very good. Main was the beef, which was beautiful. The potatoes with them as well were very good. The only disappointment was desert, which was bread and butter pudding with marmalade. The pudding itself needed to be hotter, it felt very dense, and the marmalade was quite bitter in places. This was all made up for by the beautiful custard though. All in all very good meal, but I think I’ll be booking the evening meal next time which is clearly the main event. I really wish some of the small plates available on an evening were also available during the day.

Went there with my 14-year-old son on the way to a football game as I’ve heard good things. The food was absolutely unbelievable and the service was amazing as well. Also I thought the cost was pretty good less than Β£30 for a three course meal in the portions were big as well. What more could you ask for? Regards Lee Gueller

I've been hearing a lot about the vibe of Osma since it opened in Prestwich, where I live. Finally got to visit and my goodness I'm going again. Words fail in trying to describe the food other than it was sublime. Small plate after small plate came out each topping the previous one in taste and presentation. For me the star was the savoury bread and butter pudding with blue cheese. I'm not an advocate of natural wine but they don't dominate the wine list. We did however choose a Spanish white natural wine and it went well with each dish. Service is not rushed and we spent over 3 hours there. The waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine/food and controlled the flow of the dishes so we had time to savour and chat. I will be going back to Osma and I would recommend giving it a try.
