Incompetent slow and lazy.. Not real restaurant behind the doors hidden dodgy kitchen .. Don't answer doorbell now matter how many times you ring because they say it's very busy and then takes ages for small simple dish.. Avoid like the plague
I used to order it from time to time via Deliveroo - it is always delivered in around an hour albeit saying 15mins on Deliveroo, but fine once you know it. Then the guy delivering the order recommended me to order via their web-site, saying it is both cheaper and easier - I did, but it was neither cheaper nor easier, and it was even not sending any email etc., just saying "your order is received". Then after 1.5 hours without receiving anything, I was trying to call them many times - no response at all, so I was not even sure whether my order was going to be delivered or not, and was already very hungry, so ordered from another place. Another 30 mins later the order was finally delivered, so in total took 2 hours! While their sushi are good, their delivery and general service (e.g. no possibility to call and check what is going with the order) is just TERRIBLE! So AVOID!
Had a variety of their sushi selections and all tasted great - definitely the best in the area. I particularly liked the deep fired options. Highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed this sushi, was very tasty and variety was good. Would definitely order again.
The worst ever sushi experience. I ordered sushi they didn’t come, trying to convince me that they contacted with me but in the reality just stole my money and time for sleeping, because passed 3 hours from ordering to “delivering”. Never go here.
Worse sushi I’ve ever had lol. Ordered on Deliveroo - almost an hour late and our two Philadelphia rolls looked nothing alike. Way too much cream cheese. Two strips of ginger on the side. Soy sauce completely watered down and spilled in the bag. Never again
