We had a really quick pre-theatre dinner. The waitress was great, knowing we were short on time she rushed through our drinks and food. Though I noted the wait time for the Neighbouring table was very quick too. The service was excellent and the place itself is really atmospheric. The music was in-keeping with the aesthetic but not too loud, just right. The food⦠my word⦠it was delicious. Absolute 10/10. Will definitely revisit.

TLDR: Had the most wonderful time at Comptoir Libanais. Really impressed overall with the vibes, staff + food. I was there celebrating a birthday, and there was excellent service throughout, the food came out hot and fresh, and it was amazing. I even planned a little surprise birthday cake to come out, and it was executed perfectly. BIG shout out to Parker who sang Happy Birthday in the best way possible! β¨ Food: Highly recommend the mixed grill, if not, then the falafel wrap is a must. Alongside the main meal, a mezze sharing platter is a must (Baba ghanoush from here is my ultimate favourite). Baklava was lovely for a dessert (more on the very sweet side), but I think the mint tea stood out to me as a nice end to the meal. Staff: Lovely staff! Again, massive shoutout to Parker, who was attentive, made great recommendations, explained things nicely and had a key attention to detail when bringing out the surprise cake. The other staff that came over were just as attentive and friendly which was impressive. Price: I think for some, prices can seem a little higher than normal, however, I think for the portion size, the freshness that you get + the service, the price seems worth it. I would definitely pay again but only for a little celebration or a treat (if I can control myself and not go back again next week!). Atmosphere: This is often overlooked but I think the venue of the restaurant is gorgeous. Absolutely stunning details, relating to the culture + heritage behind the restaurant and the food they serve. Really pretty for the aesthetic shots people want and love to take, and it never felt too overwhelming or rushed. Lovely.

I had hours to kill for my flight so looked for a Lebanese restaurant in Manchester as I love this cuisine. The food was amazing! Fresh, high quality and cooked with care. The service was also excellent. Asking about allergies, explaining all the items on my mezze and just really attentive. The waitress Dwhani was so professional. I will Definitely be back next time Iβm in Manchester and have recommended it to all my friends there.

The venue itself was lovely, it really had a proper Lebanese feel, with lots of attention to detail and thought put into the design of the restaurant. I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl, which was delicious, filling, and full of flavour. My partner had the meze platter for one, which she really enjoyed, and we shared the batata harra, these were especially good. The bill came to around Β£45, but there was an automatic service charge of about 12.5% added. While the staff were friendly, I donβt feel the charge was justified. Service was quite slow even though the restaurant wasnβt busy β from taking our order, to bringing the bill, to forgetting our water. It was also difficult to get a waiterβs attention, which was frustrating. On top of that, they didnβt accept cash, which was a little inconvenient. That said, the food was genuinely tasty, and Iβd definitely come back again to try more from the menu. Itβs just a shame that the service let down what was otherwise a really nice experience.

Good position, high quality food, with a great variety of meals to accommodate all dietary needs. Great tasty and delicious dishes at a fair sustainable price. Wine and drinks menu with several options, including soft and alcohol free drinks. Kind and professional personnel, capable of making you feel welcome and cared about with also suggestions and guidance in exploring the menu. The owner and his staff make the difference, as you can feel their passion, their vibes and their attention in they taking care of all customers. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious. Our first Lebanese experience but we will definitely eat this again. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options and the staff were keen to advise. We were even raving about this to a shop assistant the next day. Thanks!

Had a lovely scenery inside and out with the flower decor. Our order varied with both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. All is halal. Enjoyed it especially the salad. Did feel it was a little dry and not sure if sauce was an option with it but overall it was nice and tasty with a lovely kick in flavour. Customer service was lovely and very friendly.

Came here as everything else around was shut. I always noted this chain down on the to-go list but never had a chance. The food was pretty good and abundant. The 2 of us had 2 mains and a desert and ended up almost exploding. The prices are really affordable for the part of the city and the service was pretty good too despite being almost the last ones left at the end.

A great sign of authenticity is the fact that multiple middle eastern families can be seen eating here at once. I really have no complaints for this place. The food is delicious and presented wonderfully. The house wine is gorgeous too, I fully recommend everyone to try it. The fact itβs a chain can be off putting, but give it the benefit of the doubt! Not to mention, the staff were brilliant and friendly.
