Really nice place, the view is great (even if the day was very rainy and foggy, the Christmas set menu was class, I had the terrine (lovely), the steak (great, both the taste and the preparation, as well as the veggies) and the dessert was the best of it all, a sticky toffee pudding which was massive and delicious at the same time! The price for the 3-course meal was great too, just Β£45. The atmosphere was a bit lacking, but that is usually down to the surrounding people, it was still decent. Service from out waiter was really good and it was a nice touch that they remembered everything and where each dish was going, however they barely came to us for any drink orders, I had to wait and wave to get another beer, so 4 stars it is.

Dinner with the most fabulous views of Manchester. After our son completed the Manchester Half Marathon, we wanted to eat somewhere nice to celebrate. We booked 20 stories the evening before. The decor & service great. Nice selection of professionally made drinks. Food delicious, 3 out of the 4 of us had the beef Sunday roast, excellent value at Β£26. It came with a side of cauliflower cheese, clean plates all round. Would highly recommended even going for drinks as they have a fab outdoors area with blankets and heaters too.

We had a lovely dinner here the other night to celebrate our anniversary and our server was the wonderful Nancy who despite having a full section of tables throughout our entire meal was so attentive and professional. She made us feel so welcome and helped make our celebration so special. We loved our dinner and will return for other special occasions because of the attention to detail Nancy had and how all of her reccomendations hit the mark.

The ambience is amazing and very elegant. We attended there for my birthday celebration and the staff were very welcoming from the start to the end of our visit. Our waiter ,Nancy, was brilliant! From explaining the food , making recommendations and taking extremely good pictures of us. The service was excellent, quick and stress free. She made our evening and the meal more enjoyable. We got 2 starters and 2 mains. Unfortunately the food does not meet the standards of the atmosphere as it was quite bland. I would not advise you to order the chicken dishes as we found it quite bland ( no taste, no salt). However, their seafood was better and delicious. I got the prawns. Their terrace is perfect for a hot summer day or night meal, but if you don’t smoke or can’t stand the smell you might want to sit inside.

Went here for lunch as a mother and daughter treat. I was struck immediately by the wonderful atmosphere and decor of the place. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our waiter, Kumar, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had the best time. We ordered olives and mains: sea cream and trout followed by a shared dessert. The food was perfect and the summer signature cocktails went so well with everything. We couldn't find fault in our time here at all.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at 20 Stories in Manchester and I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience. The location on the 19th floor provided breathtaking panoramic views of the city, which added to the overall atmosphere of the meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every aspect of the dining experience was exceptional. The food was inventive and delicious, with generous portions that left me feeling satisfied. Although some reviewers mentioned that the prices were on the higher side, I personally felt that it was worth it for the overall experience that 20 Stories offered. Overall, if you're looking for an elevated dining experience with exceptional service, delicious food, and stunning views, I would definitely recommend 20 Stories as a must-visit spot in Manchester.

Very nice place with amazing views. Food is also amazing but small size. Service is very good;however, I don't think is fair that they add a 13.5% of service charge (which is a lot) plus one pound for charity without even asking. I'm more than happy to leave a tip and contribute to charity but this should be a guest decision and discretion.

A bar worth visiting. If you enjoy a great view while you’re sipping on an amazing cocktail, you have to go here. The bartenders know their menu and they’re also extremely nice. We needed no reservation when we went there during a Sunday (midday). There where lots of seats available both inside and outside. One of my favourite parts was the live music, wow!

Really great experience, very tasty items. Bit limited for vegans, some more variety would be really appreciated! We had the set lunch menu for two, at Β£18.50 each for two courses. Broccoli soup to start and a cauliflower steak for the main: we then were served with a tasty little vegan tartlet as we requested the bill, which was a lovely surprise! The man who served us, Richard, was amazing. Great service.

Just having a light, midnight meal in the highest bar and restaurant in Manchester, arguably, perhaps. Arrived here in the nick of time before their kitchen closes and the staff have graciously considered. Managed to book online the last dinner slot for the night. I think it is best to dine in here in the daylight and enjoy the breathtaking view in peace since social drinkers flocked the area at this time of the night with blasting club music. Despite that, thoroughly enjoyed the cured salmon, squid ink risotto, and mushroom pithivier. Just the perfect lightness and a swig of port before bed.
