My lads food was good, he had salt and pepper wings, my crispy chicken burger was supposed to be with pickles and slaw it came with no pickles, or bbq sauce, and with a dollop of cheap COLESLAW on the bottom! Horrendous.

Really enjoyed the food here, we made an incorrect order as we didn’t know the Thai green curry didn’t come with Chicken as a default, but they quickly allowed us to change it. Was incredibly spicy but really great, chicken burger with slaw set us on our way for our onwards journey. Bit pricey, but much better than your standard airport fare.

For £18 you get a dry, flavourless burger in sweet chilli sauce. The bacon was not crispy and there was barely any lettuce or cheese. Cheap drinks though, so the quality you can expect from a whetherspoons with much higher prices, go anywhere else at this airport for better food. The chips were a little undercooked, but at least they come with gravy.

Great service, good beer selection from local brewery and good food served quickly. Clear allergy processes and app worked perfectly to order etc. Great option pre flight

I had really good experience here. Very warm welcome by the staff I thought the manager Gaz personally served us with best recommendations. I ordered the flat bread with lamb I would say the presentation was good and great taste,my wife asked chicken cayro very tasty and generous portions. I would recommend to everyone

[Asia Honeymoon Tour 2023] 27/02/23: was really looking forward to experiencing Terminal 2 Manchester Airport and the new (to us) Amber Alehouse, operated on behalf of Seven Bro7hers Brewery. Sadly, no investor discounts. The Amber Breakfast at £12 was filling and the Hoppy Pale was really fresh and crisp, even at 0500hrs. Clean bar & restaurant, plenty of seating, 2 flight screens. Bar service, but plates not cleared away once finished with.

Best place in Manchester airport. We love the ancoats bar and were so happy to see 7 bros in the airport. The prices are not far off what you would pay in the actual pub; we were pleasantly surprised there wasn't a huge mark up because it's in the airport Get the Honeycomb ale, you won't regret it.

Had a late Holiday in Portugal and visited this establishment. T2 is looking a lot better and I found this Pub/restaurant to be pretty good. I am used to the Old Observatory Bar so can say this place was way better. It did not take long to get seated ( ok it is out of season so I think this has to be borne in mind ) and the decor was pretty pleasant , although given the throughput and finishes I doubt that will last. Admittedly bar service was a tad slow although it was friendly. There was a good range of beers and considering this was an airport it was very reasonable with some pints at the £4 mark and up. We had a couple of bacon baps and these arrived quickly and were actually hot. Unusually they came in what looked like a brioche bagel which was not the best choice , but given the situation with supplies this may have been the best they could do. There was a young chap actually cleaning all the tables and everyone seemed to have an idea of what they were doing. Taking everything into account and the difficulty getting staff I felt this was a pretty good effort and the place does not now deserve a slating. It looks like it is improving and the staff maybe deserve praise and some encouragement. I would use this place again.
