After one bite, I couldn’t continue. I politely returned to request a refund, explaining the quality issue, but the owner was dismissive and rude, implying I was trying to get free food. That wasn’t my intention—I simply couldn’t eat the dish. I left the food on the counter, noting it wasn’t even fit for a dog, and walked away, not wanting to argue over £6. The takeaway feels neglected, stuck in a bygone era, which reflects the owner’s resistance to feedback. It’s a shame, as constructive criticism could help them improve. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this saves others from wasting their money. Could the management consider listening to customers to improve their food quality?

   Food took 1hr 45 min disgusting customer service. Food was in car for 25min cold on arrival kept lying to me . Kept cutting me of on the phone shocking service . Never use them again rude horrible takeaway.
