   Quiet little no frills suburban cafe, bit of a detour to get to from the main towns nearby but totally worth it. Fried breakfast was done to perfection. Cash only but they allow you to order on Just Eat instead if you only have a card and want to eat in.

   Terrible attitude received from one of the staff members on the phone when I was asking if my order was due to be arriving as I have been waiting over an hour. The woman said they were only just cooking it now so I questioned why it had taken so long, to the only receive a defensive rude response, saying I wasn’t the only one who has been waiting and it states the time frame on the website. I also asked for an apology which she then proceeded to have her say and raise her voice down the phone to me which then led me to hang up the phone. I have ordered from Momma Bs plenty of times and haven’t experienced bad customer service like today. The woman was on shift today has let the place down significantly. I am also not having a great day today mentally and she has just added to the stress. Shouldn’t be in the job if you can’t be polite and have patience when people have spent money and are just querying about the delivery schedule. On a positive note the girl who delivered my food was lovely so thank you for your warm and friend service.

   Me and my family are regular delivery customers. My favourite place to order some breakfast! Delivery is quick and the staff are absolutely amazing, kind and do an amazing job! Food is always amazing

   When I got the food it was cold under cooked and extremely vile. I had found bits of hair in my food and was disgusted with how it had been made and just overall upset from wasting my money. I do not recommend, I tried getting a refund and when I called the shop I was given severe verbal abuse.

   Food is always excellent but waiting from 10:38 am to 12:45 for some breakfast barms is unacceptable. Looking at past reviews this seems to be an on going problem and hope that it is something the owners are working on resolving, it would be a shame not to as it lets down an otherwise excellent business. I would suggest maybe not accepting delivery orders or at least limiting them at busy times.
