   This is our go to place when we fancy a Chinese... honestly 5 stars isn't enough. From the food, to the service and then the atmosphere - Number 8 Whitefield is faultless. A wide varied menu leaves you spoilt for choice but in terms of starters highly recommend the Skewered Fillet Steak on Black Pepper Sauce, you won't be disappointed. We try new mains every time and always treated to a flavourful dish but again recommend the Chicken in Oyster Sauce with Mushroom and Broccoli. Overall, can't recommend this place highly enough. The best Chinese in the Manchester area.

   Had a lovely meal with my partner here tonight, we walked past a few months ago and told ourselves we would definitely try this place anyway we finally did. The gentleman who served us was so lovely! Very friendly. Food was very tasty & cocktail was lush. -very luxurious decor. Just all around good experience. Thank you very much will definitely come back again.

   Really good Chinese with very tasty dishes and good service. They have a separate bar and some high tables for people who want to eat small plates. Free parking behind the restaurant. Recommended.

   Just went for their Sunday lunch Menu. Got there at 1pm and there's only a couple of other tables with diners. The place looks very nice and it's clean, service was attentive as others have said. However, the actual food was extremely average. I found the soup very bland. Nothing really wrong with main course, just nothing that amazing in taste. Ie - Had nicer from various takeouts from the other local Chinese takeaways. In summary, for the £17 Sunday lunch menu, nice restaurant and service but didn't leave feeling I had a great lunch there.

   Foods always great, we've eaten here afew times and my daughters who are 8, 12 & 16 all find something they like as do me and my partner. Lovely decour and ambience, This night, the restaurant overall was relatively quiet, but that didn't affect our experience, probably our favourite place to eat in Whitefield.

   I do not leave reviews very often but I have to for this one. We came for a Christmas Eve meal in a beautiful setting. From the food all the way down to the service, they go above and beyond to make you have the best experience. Food is bursting with flavour and filling. Had some of the best service I’ve ever experienced here, staff are kind, friendly and fantastic with the children. I cannot fault anything with this restaurant at all. Thanks for a lovely evening. We will definitely be back soon!
