   Nandos is what it says on the tin. Clearly marked my gluten allergen and made me feel safe to eat there. I could tell they were cooking fresh or cleaning for our order as it took a few minutes more than the tables around us but this gives me more confidence of allergen free. We were super full after leaving here. Tasty chicken, plenty of food. The only problems was they say they can’t have blue light discount and has to be a staff ID card- I am not going to carry that around as it’s my access in and out my unit.

   Nando's White City: Where Service is Served Extra Hot! Let me tell you, I’ve done my scientific research on this place. I’ve tested the staff, the systems, and the sides countless times, and the results are always the same: First Class. Yes, the hot chicken wings are a fiery dream, and the Portuguese Tomato Salad? A cool, crunchy, and delightful wing-man (or wing-woman!) to the main event. But let’s be honest, the true PERi-PERi magic here is the staff. They are the rockstars of retail park dining! The Secret Ingredient: Amazing People You won't find any of those headset-wearing, head-down zombies here. Nope! It's all helpful smiles, genuine care, and a bit of banter—like they actually want to be there. Imagine that! It's an entire staff rotation of nice, friendly faces, not a miserable soul in sight. It's truly baffling how they manage to keep the energy up like that. Even the tech works! The app ordering is slicker than a fresh drizzle of PERinaise, the drinks arrive with lightning speed, and they check in on you. Not once. Not twice. They genuinely seem to care that you’re having a good time, and that's just brilliant. The Perfect Pit Stop Daytime dining here is the best, and it always seems to attract the nicest customers. It must be a magnet for good vibes, or maybe, just maybe, the awesome staff rub off on everyone who walks in the door. Plus, you get the double whammy: plenty of free parking, and you can tie it into a proper shop. In a world full of confusing customer service barriers, Nando's White City is a masterclass. They prove you can run a smooth operation with an app and still prioritise good old-fashioned human interaction. I don't just like them; I love 'em! Keep crushing it, Nandocas!

   I had such an outstanding experience at Nando’s from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made it unforgettable was the exceptional service — especially from Cayo. Cayo was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so looked after and valued as a customer. Cayo’s positive energy and professionalism really stood out and made the visit so special. The food, as always, was amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and served piping hot. But it was the outstanding service that made this visit the best Nando’s experience I’ve ever had. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Cayo brought that extra touch of care and joy that made all the difference. Huge thanks to the whole team, and especially to Cayo — you’re a star! I’ll definitely be back soon.

   An ideal place to go with teenage children for a birthday meal. There is plenty to choose from on the menu and the food is very good. I like being able to choose my own sauce from the side counter and to top up on soft drinks. We all enjoyed it and the food was reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back.
