Came in for footie and tea. I had the mixed grill and my steak was perfect. Hubby had the Greek which he demolished. Fantastic all round xx

3 times I asked my steak to be Very Well Done when ordering, I ignored a little quip from the waitress. It didn't even make Well Done with a mumbling of an apology and no offer of recook, replace or refund.

We were a table of 10 and ordered separately but they managed to get the food out all at the same time which was great. Service was prompt and polite. Food was good. Pleased we were seated at the back away for the TVs and football supporters.

Decided to nip in and try the place on my way past, safe to say I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Staff were all friendly and made sure to give recommendations on what was best off the menu. Food was great, came within reasonable time and was presented nicely. Overall a great experience and will definitely return if ever in the area!

When I last came into the pub, I felt right at home, the food was delicious, the big beef burger was amazing, top tier food. I couldn’t have asked for better service, all the staff members are phenomenal and they are doing such a great job with their service. Beautiful place, absolutely love the quiz on a Wednesday and love the karaoke on a Friday, just perfect.

Had the mega mixed grill. Sausages were nice, chicken had a nice grilled taste and the gammon was okay. The steak wasn’t great and was overcooked . Chips were rock hard like they’d been made a few hrs earlier and reheated. When food is served you have no offering of sauces. Price was fair at £14. A drink of coke was £2.90 that I thought was a little expensive. The young lad behind the bar was quick and pleasant enough. Pub is a lovely looking building but could do with a good clean, especially the toilet doors. Parking is excellent with plenty of spaces.

Great local pub, fantastic food with generous portions. I had the chicken platter and my husband had the gammon platter. Both meals were cooked perfectly and arrived promptly. I would definitely come back here again for food.

Nice place with friendly staff. Good meal selection including some nice vegetarian options that aren't based on mushrooms or tainted by the vegan movement. (My wife doesn't like mushrooms and actually doesn't like the taste or texture of meat so ask these vegan plant based fake meat things are ruining her life). Anyway, this was a nice place and at a reasonable price. Will certainly be returning in the future.
