   So, where do I start with my torrid experience with this company? I only made 2 orders and should have stopped after the first due to poor first impressions. My first order was made on a Wednesday for Sunday delivery. Come Sunday evening I contacted them aa my order hadn’t arrived. I specified that I required my order for Monday morning as my diet is Monday to Sunday and I need my food for the day. They responded the next day and said it will have to be Wednesday morning and that they’ll throw a couple of freebies in. I said I would prefer the order to be cancelled as it would be of no use to me, meaning I’ll have to arrange food for 2 days which goes against the logic of using a meal prep company. However, it did arrive on Tuesday morning, not great first impressions but I thought that this can happen as a one off. The day after I got an email saying that weekend deliveries for customers had changed to Saturday, which was fair enough. Made my second order on Thursday 11th of December for Saturday delivery. It never arrived on Saturday so near midday on Sunday I messaged them but it was ignored, I reminded them that they did the same thing the previous week. I messaged them again on Monday morning and said if you don’t deliver it on that day, I want my order cancelled. They responded with the standard apology and offered to deliver to my work which wasn’t convenient as I was on hospital visits and they said it would be Wednesday delivery, that would make it 5 DAYS LATE!!! The annoying thing is that I’ve had issues companies in the past, but they always try making things right ASAP, by this I mean they’ll get your product to you the next day as they know it is wrong. Come Wednesday, which is now 5 days late. Guess what? The order never arrived and to be honest I just couldn’t be bother to contact the company, what would be the point? Read on for the plot twist, one of the 6 items was missing, which was the Brazilian spicy coconut thigh curry. By now I had come to the end of my effing tether with cowboys. A £6.95 meal missing, plus for 2 weeks on the bounce they charge £8.99 per week for delivery, you couldn’t make this up if you trued. I was close to contacting trading standards over how they operate, and I’m not one to write reviews about companies. I decided to read reviews, it came to my attention that late deliveries and missing items is standard procedure. I only started using food prep companies 6 months back, used 4 others over a period of 4 to 6 weeks and never once was there an issue. It is a shame because the food is good, but the rest of the service is horrendous.

   1st order was fine. It got worse after that. 2 orders had 5 or more meals with broken seals. Initially, I thought the meals were great! But it started lacking consistency, in taste and actual meals. Furthermore, customer service is terrible, I did not appreciate the passive aggressive tone and the fact my emails were never read properly. Finally, after the 3 week commitment they still kept trying my card and emailed me back saying "you need to complete the 3 weeks". Check your records, because I did. I even sent an email with it, it is displayed on my account and my bank doesn't lie. 14th of Oct 29th of Oct 7th of Nov Then because of the poor UI of this website, how is one supposed to understand they have opened 3 new subscriptions, as suggested by your compliance/customer service manager. When 3 orders were only done. Nothing is clear on your site, it lacks flexibility to pay a missed "invoice" and i do not want to hear another word from your compliance/customer service manager, who can respond to TRY to prove a point, but couldn't respond when i said i wanted to be a long-term customer and work something out there (even a sorry, cannot do it) would have sufficed. But i am very lucky, they did not respond to that! I can happily screen record, and show you how your site is not flexible to do simple things. Cba for this company, started off good, then just got poor. Don't bother. Maybe have the 1st order and call it a day, but don't bother with the subscription. I've reported them to Ombudsman already, soon will to trading standards and possibly their council for a reinspection on food hygiene since i had a HUGE amount of meals with broken seals in the last order. Please don't bother responding to me and telling me to email support@.... You're a small company, look at the email exchanges, that you have access too...Your compliance manager is also customer service. - Not that hard for you to spot a problem. I've run a business before, so don't patronise me with a response. Giving 2 stars because the jerk mac and cheese was decent.

   Tried the subscription package tried quite a few meal prep companies and possibly one of the worst I’ve had yet, late deliveries, broken seals on packaging. Really need to change these they’re not great after cooking a nightmare to get off also. Food quality is hit and miss there was one or two nice meals but overall disappointing. I asked to cancel the subscription and was made to endure the poor meals for another few weeks even though I wasn’t satisfied with the quality. As they wouldn’t let me cancel the subscription.

   One of the best meal prep companies I’ve used! Meals are all delicious and you can tell they use good quality ingredients. My most recent order my phone auto changed my address to my old one and I emailed customer service who rectified the issue for me in less than 10 minutes.
