   Some people had good service and to be fair I have in the past but things have really gone downhill lately, refuse to honour online offers, take your money then give the wrong food and refuse to correct it even when you’re there in person - even when their own ticket printout clearly shows the food ordered!! I can understand those reviews who complaining by phone got no help and rudeness. Stay away - go to Pinocchios or smash or papa johns now, much better for pizza and better service.

   Really nice pizzas but the staff need to learn how to cut pizza properly or buy a new pizza cutter :) I've had two pizzas from here with the same result.

   Ordered a MEGA Kebab £15 not wort the money one bit, arrived cold, called up to complain and got called a lier and had the phone put down on me. Tried to call back and ignored. Appalling behaviour stay away

   THE WORST KEBAB IN TIMPERLEY!!! Should’ve believed the bad reviews!! I ordered chicken kebab in naan. It came in a dry, stale wrap and the chicken was dry and tasteless buried under a large pile of chillis and red cabbage. Honestly people, just don’t bother.

   They delivered incorrect food, but the order was late at night so I didn't have time to wait for them to correct this mistake as I had work in the morning. So I made a complaint to just eat. Thinking this was a one off as previous meals have been ok I placed another order today, the owner phoned me up swearing down the phone because I made the complaint and telling me he wasn't going to make the food I ordered. Owner is an arrogant piece of work and he'll be getting no more business from us.

   Went in To order some curly fries. Advertised at £3. Was told they were £4. I said advertised as £3 and rude man told me it’s changed but I can’t afford to change menu and refused to serve me.

   Food is usually really good. Delivery time is nearly always quicker than its states which is good but got my pizza tonight and opened it to find it had obviously been tipped on its side as all the topping had slid into the corner. I had to scoop it back on and try to spread it around. Of course by this stage it had soaked the crust with sauce so couldn't pick up several slices with my hand (surely a benefit of pizza is it is handheld) quite disappointing to be honest as I was really looking forward to it.
