   We have just found our favourite Indian restaurant ! This is not your average Indian food , it is so flavourful and authentic. We ordered chicken and lamb biryani and chicken Chattnad. Honestly it’s so good, we will definitely be back for more . The husband and wife team are so lovely too , highly recommended !

   Heard great things, tried it.....never again, people must be drunk when they order, or leave a review. Only decent part of meal was the rice and naan. As soon as I heard the microwave ping, I knew I'd made a mistake. The lamb chops are microwaved, the effect, mushy lamb... revolting. The few pieces chicken in the korma were drowned in cream, all I could taste was cheap nasty cream. Just poor cooking, no effort.

   Exceptional curry - some of the best you will taste anywhere on the planet. I’ve eaten all over the world at some of the best Indian restaurants and take aways - and Great Indian Kitchen is up there with the best of them. Big portions and incredible flavour - we had the Chicken Chettinad and Lamb Rogan Josh. Oh and the dips for the poppadoms are the best we’ve had too - like the higher class ones you get when dining in a really fancy Indian restaurant - I recommend getting 2 portions of the poppadoms and dips! We will be back again next week on Tues night - before they close on Wed for a month. My only complaint is that I wish I discovered this place sooner - as we’re moving overseas at the end of July! The owner and head chef is formerly of Dilli in Altrincham 10+ years ago - which was the best Indian restaurant Altrincham has ever had (to date…) For sure this is the best Indian take away in the region - and I’ve tried them all - covering Altrincham/Timperley/Sale, plus many other places further out.

   Oh wow! Blown away by the authentic flavours, fantastic welcome from chef Nayeem and his son. If you are wondering whether to try it or not - don’t even think twice - just do it! He is the chef from the original Dilli’s in Altrincham - in my opinion the best Indian Altrincham ever had. It is more of a take-away with a few tables, rather than full blown restaurant. But if it is the quality of food you’re after, this is the place to go!! (They are on holiday end Jul for a mth, but will return)

   We have ordered food from Great Indian kitchen quite a number of times and have always been a happy customer. We love their food so much that we opted for their catering service for our daughter’s baptism event. Everyone loved the food and it was a pure delight. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good Indian tea specially their chicken Hyderabadi and Samosa which are almost like Delhi style.

   A decent Indian takeaway. Better quality food than most takeaways, but reflected in the slightly more expensive prices. I like the way the food is cooked in front of you rather than in a hidden away kitchen around the back. Very friendly and welcoming, happy dot discuss the menu. Well worth a visit.

   Great tasting Indian food 5 stars! I called in on Tuesday evening for the first time and wasn't disappointed, the service 5 stars! The staff were helpful, polite & friendly & the cleanliness of the establishment 5 stars! I had a really tasty Prawn main meal with subtle spices/coconut flavours which was delicious......5 Stars! I will definitely be eating here again & I guarantee you won't be disappointed with this new takeaway in Timperley, well worth giving it a try. 5 stars!!

   Never sure what to expect when a new takeaway opens up, but this one is the real deal! Friendly, family run and fantastic food. Well marked allergens on menu. Plenty of veggie options. Hope it does well so I can continue to eat from their menu. Will be recommending to my neighbours. Great addition to the area.
