   Used to love tgis and go quite often, regardless of the price and how expensive it is for a basic meal. We haven’t gone in store in a while due to this, however we decided to order on delivery. Three times we’ve ordered. 1st time the desserts weren’t in the order. And we got given appetizers as our main.. Second time all was fine as it should be for £55 The third time I don’t even think I need to say anything.. they also missed half the order Looked like the staff had completely taken the mick just because we had ordered near to closing. Emailed with no response, sent a query through the website no response

   Food was tasty and the Boneless Wings starter and Fridays Glazed Burgers were good size portions. Wouldn't recommend the Potato Skins though as they were very basic and had very little toppings on them. Service was a little slow at first, the starters took a while to come out but the mains came not too long after finishing the starters.

   This had to be the slowest service I have every come across. For a party of six people it took almost an hour to get food on a night with perhaps half the tables in use? When the first dish came it was lukewarm. That turned out to be the hottest food served. Every single dish was lukewarm or cold. & main courses and some starters and sides. The food must have been sitting in the kitchen for 30 minutes to get like this. No excuses. I have no idea what this place is usually like so this may be an unfair representation overall, but for that one meal it was a disaster. It's a pity. The food looked good and was tasty enough even lukewarm. After the fourth dish went back for re-heating we stopped bothering.

   Food and service was good but as a party of 6 large guys, we were seated in a booth that was only big enough for 4. We asked if we could be moved to a larger table as there were plenty empty but were told we couldn't as they were all booked. However, for the duration of the meal and time we were there, the other tables remained empty. Trying to eat a meal squashed into a booth really put a dampner on the evening, we enjoyed the meal, but the staff could have been more accommodating and applied some common sense by providing us with a more suitable table.

   We were 5 people at Saturday evening. Place wasn't busy at all .Placed order,waited 50 min and nothing arrived not even a drinks. Asked staff,can we get our drinks at least? She said ,she forgot to send out order through. But I will do it now but you have to wait again. No thanks If you want diet and starve to death is definitely good place

   Nothing but a shambles to say the least. Apparently 2 chefs called in sick (fair enough), however, we were a group who had already booked a table - we were not initially informed that service would be delayed, on top of that is that walk-in guests were seen to before us who had already booked and were seated. Some of our food was left under a heat lamp “until the rest of our tables food were ready” so this meant that the food was a bit dry. As a customer we did not receive any update on our food for in excess of 1 hour… which isn’t ideal when you’ve attended for a special occasion. 2 hours to receive a main meal… all food either cold or lukewarm… 1 meal was supposed to be replaced and after 20 minutes it was not replaced after all others had finished their meals. We were planning on leaving Was we partially refunded? Yes. Would we go back to TGI Prestwich? Absolutely not. We may have considered it if it was free because genuinely it was a mess. I am not one to leave negative reviews, however, this needs to be said as it needs sorting ASAP. Either the manager on shift needs more management training or someone else needs to takeover. Members of staff were also negative towards the managers decision on how to run the place. The only reason they have kept quiet is for the sake of their jobs. This branch needs to be reviewed ASAP.

   Service was good and food was nice. Prices were a little off. Was £8 for a huge appetiser of chicken but £7.50 for two tiny appetizer corn dogs. The ribs were nice, not fatty and the sauce was nice but overall felt expensive. Also the staff bring you drink refills before you even ask which seems kind of wasteful to me. Our waitress bought my partner a drink just as we were about to have the bill so it didn't get drunk. Not sure I'd go again but it wasn't a bad experience.

   Enjoyed everything ☺️ The burgers were just right. Felt sorry for the lady staff member Lisa Ann yesterday she was run off her feet with everyone, and some customers had attitude (no need bit**s be kind) And TGI Fridays get more staff!! We will call again for sure
