Unfortunately, there weren’t many options available for Muslims, and I truly hope the menu can be expanded to offer more inclusive choices in the future. We ordered the fried chicken burger since the grilled option wasn’t suitable for Muslims, but sadly, it didn’t meet our expectations — it really wasn’t good. The salad sauce was extremely spicy, while the skinny fries were the only item we actually enjoyed — they were excellent. As for the service, the man with a tattoo on his arm wasn’t very polite. When we asked for ketchup, he said he was busy going upstairs and told us to serve ourselves, which was quite disappointing. On the other hand, the older lady at the entrance and the gentleman who seemed to be the manager were both very kind and welcoming. They explained the menu to us and were genuinely helpful. Overall, the menu and food quality need improvement and more variety, especially to cater to Muslim customers and to enhance the overall dining experience.

Had an amazing experience at Gourmet Burger Kitchen! Max was outstanding- very attentive and thoughtful. He guided us through the menu, and made sure our preferences were looked after throughout. We had the Smoky Clucker and Rocketman burgers—both packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. The Oreo Shake was easily the best we’ve ever had: thick, delicious, and great in quantity. The Onion Rings were unbelievably good (I’m definitely coming back for them!), and the Garlic Mayo tasted wonderfully authentic. The overall experience felt like fine dining, and the small touches like providing tap water made it even better. My girlfriend and I had a lovely time and left extremely satisfied. Highly recommend—great food, great service, great atmosphere!

The service in this restaurant was brilliant. We were served my Lorraine this evening and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Our experience was definitely made better by her service. We had everything we needed. Our food arrived quick and was nice and hot. We had the chicken burger, chunky chips and tenders. I wouldn’t say the food is anything to rave about but we have no complaints. My fiancé really enjoyed his burger actually. Lots of seating available even though the foodhall was full. You can order on a pad at the table and call a server over when needed from that too. It definitely isn’t value for money however, £30 for a plain burger, 6 tenders, 1 chips and 1 drink.

Stopped off at the Trafford Centre on route to the Airport with the view to having a bite to eat. Walked into the New Orleans area which has several eateries around a large seating area and stage. Almost Christmas so several decorations up. Seen GBK and headed over, met by the lovely Lorraine who showed us to our seat with no delay, explained how to use the ordering device and gave us option to order the old fashioned way if we needed. Made our choice and shortly after drinks arrived followed by the food, probably OTT but probably the best burger we’ve had. Mac n cheese on the side and it was awesome. Lorraine refilled my drink quick smart and checked in us to make sure all was good, which I’m pleased to say it was. 5⭐️

We visited here on a Monday. The staff were polite and we were seated very quickly. The food is reasonably priced and there's plenty of options. However, I wanted to try the mince pie milkshake but it was out of stock. Then I tried the Oreo one and that was also out of stock. My other half fancied the sweet potato fries and they were also out of stock. Other than those items that weren't available we had a brilliant time. Plenty of food and the chocolate milkshake was brilliant even if it was my third choice. We would visit again in the future

First time here ! My partner and me ordered a burger and his was dripping with grease as soon as he picked it up. The bun was also soaked and falling apart. He complained to the staff who said " that's just how we do it" " customers like it like that to dip the burger in the sauce" of which we said it's not sauce it's just pure grease. Nobody came over to ask if everything was alright and after trying to flag someone down, nobody recognised us and my partner went over to them. We rarely complain about food but for over £10 a burger we expected more. They cooked him another which was just as bad as the first time. Which then we gave up trying to explain, although the flavour was fab he couldn't really pick it up to eat it. And so the issue was not resolved. They weren't able to take constructive criticism well. For a 'gourmet' burger restaurant that cant cook burgers properly is concerning. Trafford center Manchester.

Ordered the Mighty and a Classic Cheese burger, both were pretty good. Chips were good too. It wasn't the fastest service, but it was okay as we were in no rush. The staff were friendly and polite. If you haven't been to GBK in a while, like me, just remember you can order at the cashier or use the QR Code at the table and pay online... Overall, pretty good.
