   During our recent visit, following my son's skiing lesson, we were looking for a takeaway for him. However, we left disappointed by the lack of accommodation for a vegan child’s meal. While we understand that there is no official vegan option on the kids’ menu, every other Nando’s we’ve visited has been happy to substitute the chicken for a vegan option without issue. Unfortunately, the manager on duty was unwilling to do this and incorrectly stated that the mac and cheese was vegan, which it is not. This raised concerns not only about flexibility but also about staff knowledge of dietary requirements. Although not our preference, we ultimately went to Wetherspoons, which offered better, clearer, and more affordable vegan options for children. Given how common vegan diets are and how accommodating other branches (and even airport restaurants) manage this, we feel this situation could have been handled much better. Some additional training around dietary requirements and customer service would go a long way. Really disappointing. (This is the first negative review I've ever left!)

   We were absolutely appalled by the way we were spoken to and treated during our attempted visit on Wednesday, 26th November 2025. After being seated by the manager or supervisor, we spent around 10 minutes looking at the menu and tried to place our order through the app—only to find that many items were marked as out of stock. Assuming it was a technical glitch, we went to the tills to order directly. Another staff member then informed us that wraps, burgers, and pittas were all unavailable. Naturally, we asked why this hadn’t been mentioned when we were seated just minutes earlier. The manager/supervisor responded by claiming he hadn't seated us and said, “I’ve been in the toilet for the last 30 minutes.” When we assured him that he had been the one who seated us, his response was, “If you don’t like it, leave then.” So we did. We went across to Nando’s at the Trafford Centre instead and had a great meal with excellent service—everything this place failed to provide. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the dismissiveness and attitude shown here were unacceptable. Management should seriously address this behaviour, as no customer deserves to be spoken to like that.

   I visited Nando’s Chill Factore today with my family. The shift manager, Phoebe, was extremely rude and aggressive. She raised her voice at me and my brother, repeatedly threatened to refund our order and ask us to leave, and slammed a receipt on the counter when asked for her name. She also commented that the way I ordered was “eventful,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. We had ordered a large portion of chips, which were served with meat despite me being vegan. When we politely asked for the correct portion, she shouted at us again and refused to provide what we had paid for. Her behaviour was aggressive, humiliating, and appeared discriminatory. It was also clear the staff were intimidated by her, as they were told not to speak to us. Other staff were apologetic and confirmed her conduct was inappropriate. I reported this to Nando’s Customer Care and requested that a senior manager contact me.

   Good nandos this, always ready to cater for late arrivals and none booked. Nandos food is what it is. Nice quiet place for it. Staff were lovely.

   Service was great and we were seated quickly. Food was average, nothing to shout about, average nandos meal. However the cutlery was still dirty and had someone's leftover chcolate fudge cake on it. I did not notice this until I had started eating - we did inform the manager who dealt with it swiftly and did ask us if we wanted anything comped to make up for it which we refused - the meal was unfortunately ruined by this point. My partners cutlery also had remnants of someone else's meal on her cutlery. Would not return.

   Came this evening to be told there were no chickens cooked and it would be a long wait. Come on Nando’s you have to be better than this!! It wasn’t even busy and the server seemed to think this was normal. Your toilets are filthy too!

   This was an amazing restaurant to dine in at, featuring various displays in pots and frames plus situated appropriately in Beyond! The service time was fine from the lovely staff and my chicken burger had a proper level of spice with a yummy and fresh taste, like the rest of the food. I also had a refreshing glass of Coke and the seating is comfortable, where cleanliness had been maintained!

   Nice food.A Lots of sauce choices. I love the Chicken Wings and corns. However, choices of drinks are not very much. All staffs are nice. Quite a lot of space for seating, a good choice for family with kids after having fun at play factore or chill factore.
