   Reporting to food standards agency. £8.50 for a naan sandwich and we were given all parts in separate bags/boxes. That's not a sandwich Shere Khan, that's ingredients. What an absolute joke. When I complained, the workers behind the till couldn't give a damn. Apart from the fact that they looked miserable as hell, they couldn't explain why the sandwich on their advert and menu looked nothing like the box of lego bits they were throwing out over the counter. I dare not order a cup of tea in case I get tea leaves and a cows udders to milk. It would be laughable if it didn't also cost twice as much as my local chippy, and taste ten times worse. Portions size is small - 2 Kebabs. Salad in a bag looked wilted and soggy due to being sealed shut in a zip lock. The sauces were so small I've seen more moisture coming off the hand dryers in the TC gents. Tranding standards will receive a strong letter to shut this fraud down. Advice to Shere Khan, if you can't assemble a shop-bought naan and frozen Kebabs into a sandwich, just sell it as a bag of ingredients instead. At least you won't be conning the customer. You put shame on the Khan family name. Its almost Haram to eat your food due to the deception you done.

   I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my hard earned cash at this place. I was hoping for tasty authentic Indian food , especially at the shocking price they were asking. Instead , what we got, which at best can only be described as an over priced Asda indian takeaway meal for 2. The portion size vs the price you pay absolutely takes the p**s. They con you into thinking that your walking to your table with a weighty bag of food , only to be disheartened when you open the carton up and find a bulked out carton of rice, drizzled with a dash of "curry" on the top. For not much change out of £30 , we should have waited a couple of hours and got ourselves a real Indian takeaway from our local Indian. If the owner is reading these reviews, please do yourself and others a big favour and shut up shop and concentrate on doing other things, preferably something that doesn't involve selling tasteless drivel at a premium price.

   I go here most of the time I go Trafford Centre. Every single Time i go they always mess up my order. Today the portion size they gave me was extremely small and the food was horrible the donner meat strips were tiny and they were too thick and dry the chicken donner looked old and it was extremely dry. I asked for 2 chicken donner on naan with the naan separate and the chicken donner separate. I was given donner meat instead of chicken. With my donner on chips the portion size was extremely tiny and the donner was really greasy thick and dry. Never going back again.

   I ordered a fish fillet burger and chicken burger and requested both with cheese. Only the fish burger had cheese. I couldn’t be bothered going back as there was a queue and the food hall was very busy. The extra cheese costed 20p. The food is average and nothing special. Wouldn’t go back.

   Worst customer service. With zero gratitude towards customers. Staff did not give the entire order on delivery. However, when kindly questioned about our order. The old man in the front behaved rudely. He was demeaning & sounded very racist. He literally said ‘just give away the food to her’. We understand you are a busy service but if you don’t treat customers in the right way you talk about yourself! We have returned all the food without any refund but with a bigger heart to help him feed his attitude.

   Ordered 2x Curry 2x Drinks,1 x chips Spent over £26 I was told I could only have 2x chilli sauce’s and would have to pay a extra 20p each for the tiny mint sauce. Middle Aged gentleman on the till Zero manners, absolutely miserable & Rude. Like he didn’t even want to be at work. I would strongly recommend all members of staff go on customer relations & customer service course. Extremely Disappointed. cc Trafford Centre Management

   8 pounds ish for one seekh kebab wrap on its own…daylight robbery as the kebabs were very tiny almost a quarter the size of the naan and rubbery…the kids meal included a few chicken nuggets and was honestly shocked by how less the chips were…plus they had all black bits on them…not a happy customer…would rather have got something from mcdonalds instead…
