   Overpriced, and tenders were tasteless. Burgers were alright, but not for the price. I heard this was the place to go back in the day. Shame what it’s become. The milkshake is too thick to drink with a paper straw. Spent 1 straw trying to get to the drink. Next thing I expect is they’re going to charge for straws.

   Burger was banging, tastes better than the likes of KFC and Popeyes. The honey chipotle BBQ wings sauce tasted great, but the temperature of it was borderline almost cold. Truffle fries was alright, could definitely be better. Was super easy to find seating on a Sunday at 12:30pm-1pm. The app used to order was horribly slow so we opted to order at the desk. Food came quick. Liked the hot pink interior. Overall decent. Would rate 3.5☆ if I could

   We are regular customers and are familiar with what we expect. However this time o was very disappointed. I had came to try the new sandos burger, to my disappointment It was greasy and dripping with oil. One side had been toasted beautifully other side they had forgotten about. We had also ordered atomic fries the turkey bacon was burnt and had a disgusting taste. Again with the tenders the coating was coming off and dripping with oil. I understand they are deep fried but should be drained adequately. The Cheetos was of the standard we expect. We did complain and were offered waffle or milkshake but we did not want more food. After third staff member came we were offered a refund for the Sando. Its much appreciated but I'm just disappointed with the food on this occasion especially it being franchise and expect consistency.

   I had been to the Oxford Rd branch when it opened many years ago and decider to go eat at the Trafford Centre branch with 4 other friends. The positives, the patties were cooked well. The shake was made nicely. The place is decorated nicely. The seating is too tight to sit and eat comfortably. The ordering process is simple but the network connection is poor to do that with ease. The toppings on the fries were too little. There were no tissues available. In a burger bar where the hands and mouth tend to get messy, it's just not acceptable. There was rubbish on the floor. I think there would be better burger places to try than here unfortunately.

   First time I visit an Archie’s. Service: it’s ok, 25 mins wait for food (there were only 4 couples in the whole restaurant at the time I ordered). Food: the burgers are ok, the fries are below average. The “salt” actually costs extra! The curly fries aren’t curly at all(see picture). I expected a little more for £25:/

   Cannot complain about the food I really can't. It's second to none really an I'm pretty sure most would agree, In my experience the service leaves alot to be desired, in that you're expected to have picked a table number prior to making it to the till for making your order... But the fact that there is no sign or person to inform you of this process is disappointing the excuse that there used to be a staff member for that but we have reduced staff. A simple sign can do the job anyway. Not good enough. Whilst it was very busy the food took 25 minutes from point of order to table service this is despite other customers who ordered before us and hadn't received there's until after us. Good food. Poor service.. 3 cold stars ❄❄❄

   One of the most delicious burgers in the UK, that was WoW. Juicy and perfect size burger. The French fries was awesome as well. There is options for drinks (mostly soft drinks however). You can order and pay by your mobile, and the order will come to your table. Generally speaking I loved this restaurant
