Bad experience. Forgot my madras when delivering, to be fair came back 20 mins later with my Madras after I called up. However the madras they did bring was literally cubes of chicken with what I think was actually just tomato puree on it and no flavour of any sort. Absolutely shocking. I called up to genuinely ask if there had been a mistake as I canβt taste any spices in it and I think itβs just tomato puree.. but they said itβs a mild curry and βnext timeβ to call up to ask for it hot.. even though on the uber website it says βvery hotβ. It was honestly like bolognaise with chicken and 0 flavour other than tomato. Shocking service, almost impressed at how you can half cook A curry and serve it. I never complain about food but this was a joke.. the other items in the order were bang average to. Avoid.

I used to really enjoy coming here, even though it is dated the food was good and service quick. Last time I went we were the only couple in there, a few came in for takeaways but no one are in. The food came out suspiciously quickly and was well below standard and slightly incorrect. We suspected it was warmed up leftovers. We are giving other places a try for the moment, we will go back and give the place one more chance but there are plenty of other options now.

Very nice poppadoms with a good selection of dips/sauces including lime and Pickle. Larger was also good and j20, lemonade Also the Roti, Chapati was nice. What we didn't like was the meals ordered were way to spicy, it was like a 1 chip challenge hot! I checked the meals menu chilli rating but what was cooked was clearly not what we asked for.. Mild. I did inform the waiter. A shame really, doubtful we'll go again. We had stomach pains from the very hot food! Also it was expensive for what we had. Note. Just make sure when you order to tell them the spice level required as a reminder to their chefs as they clearly forget and ignore the menu.

I thoroughly enjoyed both the delightful cuisine and the inviting ambiance. The modern decor was particularly striking and added an elegant touch to the overall experience. The combination of delicious food and a contemporary atmosphere truly made for a memorable dining experience that I won't soon forget.

The waiter reached over my plate whilst I was eating his arm almost touching my plate to collect an item from my friend next to me. This is rude and unprofessional. The toilets were unkept only lighting in one cubicle out of three we had to use our phone touches for light. The hand washing water was cold no hot water, no soap and the hand dryer does not work. I don't think I would dine in again but would definitely get a take away as we could not fault the food came hot and delicious.

Staff looked bored, not the friendliest. I lost count of how many times we asked for the dessert menu. Then when we asked for the bill, we got the dessert menu!. Some of the parties' food was nice, some complained. Naan was soggy, chips werr forgotten. It was expensive for mediocre food. Downstairs toilets were dark and looked like something out of a horror movie.

Been going for years. Shame but service was poor. Struggled to pay. Asked twice. No one offered an apology that I had to go to the bar and pay myself. Not gonna come again. Have spent a lot of money here over the years. No one seem to give a care about customers apart from one lovely man.

Moved to Urmston recently and we are trying to find our go to Indian restaurant. We have tried the spice mafia which wasn't great. We had a few recommendations for this place. Being a Friday we ventured out and walked passed the Adrak which was really busy onto the Deccan which only had a few diners in. This should have been telling sign. We ordered a mix starter and a chicken Handi, pilau rice and Partha bread all to eat at the same time. The food didn't take long to come the mix starter was actually quite good. The chicken Handi was not good it tasted nothing like the amazing ones I've had in the past. We both left the curry as it wasn't nice at all, I like to try different curries but I feel this places curries are pretty much all the same just different things added to them. The service was ok but at the end we noticed they gave other tables a small shot of Bailey's. The table down from us didn't drink them and as I watched the older gentleman waiter clear their table he then served us the left over drinks. Not a good idea in these times with germs etc being passed so easily. We will not be using this as our go to curry house and the search continues. Let's hope that the Ardak is better as it's next in our list.
