The food was spot on, came out nice and hot. Service was quick and efficient. The atmosphere was really nice, it’s clean and it’s was cosy. There was loads of parking too so that wasn’t an issue. Food came out on time, and we didn’t have to wait for long at all. Only thing was the veg Manchurian dish was very very small. Other then that everything else was perfect.

I would like to express firstly that the lamb here was wonderful, falling apart and clearly cooked with care, not tough in the slightest. The naan bread was amazing, with a freshly cooked buttery taste that I can only recall a couple of other restaurants being able to achieve. The main point of feedback that I hope can be taken in the right way, would be that the madras sauce was not very flavoursome, I even cut the provided chilli up and mixed it in and it wasn't very spicy. It wasn't unpleasant by any means but just not a very rich sauce and I think with a slightly higher price point compared to other takeaways, I did hold high expectations. I think that I would order again, but not the same dish. Delivery and service were quick too.

Lovely place coming again! Started with poppadoms. Crisp, fresh, sauces full of flavour. If a restaurant messes that up you run for the hills. These were spot on. A very good sign. Then came the chicken tikka masala with naan bread. Looked different to the usual. Creamier, heavier on tomato. At first I thought β€œwhat’s going on here?” Then I tasted it. Boom. Plate cleared. Not because the portion was small but because it was that good. Asked the waiter about it, turns out they have a new chef. Whoever he is, keep him. Staff were lovely. Locals, family, a few newbies still learning the ropes. When I asked about the menu they had to check a couple of things, but they came back smiling and laughing, so it worked. Friendly goes a long way. The waiter was Super helpful, polite, probably the nicest one there. Other dishes were tasty, and the traditional tea was a classy touch. Manager checked in, clearly cares. Big TV on the wall showing football. Couldn’t hear it, didn’t distract me. Thank God. Nothing worse than eating curry while some commentator screams about a corner kick. Menu is huge. Proper curries, plus burgers, nuggets, chips for the kids. They’ve thought about everyone. Final word: Spice & Spirits smashed it. Great food, big portions, warm staff, a few rough edges that are easy to fix. Walked out happy and already planning to come back.

One of the best proper original Indian restaurants I have been to. Got the taste of Indian food. We tried just vegetarian food, so I'm not sure about non-veg, but it was really good. The mango lassi was the best of all.You also get beer and other drinks too. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to try proper Indian food.

Tried this place for a takeaway tonight and it was amazing! The butter chicken was delicious, the naan was very tasty. Everything was hot and fresh. Will definitely order again

We had prebooked and also preordered as we were a fairly large group of about 30 adults and a few children. There were a couple of other small groups too. It took a very long time for the drinks to be ordered and even longer to be served. The food was served in a fairly timely manner. It was flavoursome and sufficient for us. It just seemed very chaotic and disorganised.. There wasn"t enough staff for the number of people there.

We recently engaged the services of Spice & Spirits for our community Diwali party. The team catered for over 360 people on the night and we are pleased to say that the feedback from our members was extremely complimentary. The food, many choices for both veg and non veg dishes and the buffet stations were professionally manned at all times. Minor issues prior to the event were professionally handled by Bhavesh. A stress free experience on the night and anyone looking to cater for a large party should seriously consider the services of Spice & Spirits. We would certainly consider them again. Thank you for your service. President, New LPS Bolton.

We eat here at least once a month and the food is consistently warm and tastes delicious too. The waiters are friendly and are very attentive. The restaurant is clean and hygienic also. Definitely the best Indian restaurant for miles .

The mix starter for one and the lamb shank were nice. The curries we ordered wasn't great. Chicken tawa curry, the chicken was dry. Chicken tikka and lamb mix tikka masala, which only had 2 small pieces of lamb and 5 pieces of chicken. Ordered 3 rice dishes, mushroom pilau rice, garlic pilau rice and egg pilau rice. They were nice but were warm. Even the curry dishes were warm. I ordered a small bottle of sparkling water and they gave and charged me for large. Was that sparkling. Price wise, is kind of expensive because the main course dishes aren't that big. I would go again but not in a hurry
