   I ordered food through Uber Eats and waited over one hour for the delivery, which I can understand. Food was cold, but its also understandable as delivery bit late. Because of distance and road. However, the order arrived with only three food boxes and no tissues, spoons, or forks at all. This shows a lack of attention and respect for customers. Basic items like cutlery and tissues should be included, especially for delivery orders. Very disappointing experience. I’m good fan of Wasabi, but i will double think now on.

   Worst Wasabi to date. It was during peak lunch on a Wednesday, so plenty of “fresh” food being prepared. The katsu curry was dreadful. Chicken was dry and bland, as if it had been left out for too long, or refried. There would’ve been more flavour and better texture in a frozen Bird’s Eye chicken. Lack of sauce as always, not enough to cover the rice. Chicken Yakisoba noodles was almost as bad. £16 down the drain. You’re much better off going to Chi nearby, for a katsu curry.

   This rice and salmon crab mix has been replaced by the original salmon teriyaki .. This is a no ! No! Totally tasteless sorry to say..why change a.dish that was so delicious to This bland replacement!! Sorry ! Also Every box that i picked up had dirty fingerprints from the food prepared as you can see from one of the photos included.. very disappointed..did mention to staff but had a blasé attitude about it

   We visited on a Sunday morning, it was quiet and fully stocked. The young lady who served us was friendly and very nice to us. We ordered a mixed box of sushi, plain cucumber and salmon. It was so tasty that we forgot to take photos of the food beforehand, so thats why there's only half of the sushi in the photos. We visit here quite regularly.

   The service I received today was excellent. The staff went above and beyond, even offering me a taster pot of the sauce I was unsure about, to try out first before committing. The food is tasty, and there’s a wide array of snacks, drinks and conveniently packed desserts. The store itself is kept very clean and tidy, and the prices are affordable. Would recommend.

   Quite simply it does what it says on the tin, sushi is always good and Bento boxes are always lukewarm but enjoyable. Only thing I would say is they need to change the labels as to my knowledge firecracker chicken should be quite spicy, but this sweet chilli chicken had more of a kick

   Ordered 70 boxes of the new Vegan Xalmon Harmony Set from Wasabi in Bluewater for our party. Wow! Everyone was so impressed with the quality and taste of the food so thank you to Noby and his team at Bluewater. You were so professional and friendly. It was all packaged beautifully and on time and ready for us to collect. Thank you again.

   I used to love Wasabi but since they have changed the chicken noodle soup recipe it just isn’t as good. They are less generous with the chicken and noodles - I used to be very full after consuming their previous noodle soup. This coconut broth lacks spiciness and flavour and just is not good. I’m disappointed as the old chicken noodle soup was my favourite meal ever. Please just bring that recipe back.

   Ordered from uber our usual curry Curry bento absolutely disgusting had a strange taste like gravy powder Never gonna order again Waste of money. Have to go a get another takeaway After a 60 hour week I will stick to cooking myself
