   I visited last night for the christmas light switch on, which was lovely. I received a call this morning saying 'you left last night without paying your bill' I was shocked as I was stood there waiting to pay and a gentleman took my payment. I appreciate it was really busy but you do not call customers up and accuse them of not paying, if I was asked to check my bank to ensure the payment came out fair enough. I have had a couple of issues in the past when ordering cocktails from a certain barmaid she got angry and even swore at one point which I just took as a joke but I feel this may have been the same barmaid who accused me of not paying. As I say I appreciate how busy they were but don't call customers accusing. The food is lovely and the majority of staff are brill but I won't be going back now!

   We visited the Fox pub tonight for an early tea, our first visit since the new owners have taken over ownership. Staff service still very good and pleasant. Slight wait for our starters, but overall the meals were good but not exceptional pretty much standard pub fayre.

   Friendly staff, food was well cooked and well presented, gluten free options on the menu are clearly marked, kids menu options pretty good and a decent portion size. Large dining area inside and large outdoor area for eating outdoors. Enjoyed it and will return.

   Was here a few months back, forgot to write a review. Booked an early lunch time table for family we were visiting. Food was really good, pub very clean, staff super friendly. Will be coming again in December as my family want to visit again.
