Terrible quality/professionalism. Attached photo is what they thought a salmon katsu ramen should look like. No onsen egg or spring onion in the broth. Once i complained, they added more veg and an egg but they were ice cold. Overall very terrible experience - wouldn’t recommend.
We have been going to Pink Salmon for years, owner always prepares food separately for my daughter who has sesame seeds allergy’s. Potion sizes are very generous compared to other places in Romford friendly professional and very considerate workers, manager and service Best place to go for original sushi !
Update from 17th May 2023... Sushi was full of Sharp Bones or Plastic in the Cooked Salmon, ended up cutting my mouth open, extremely dangerous considering you eat sushi whole, they then say I didn't order fish in my order (A Photo of the order can be added here) guess Salmon doesn't count as fish to them? which is concerning on its own... I've have contacted the relevant authorities as this could of ended badly. Absolutely lovely food never had a problem ordering from here prices are decent for the size of the food, okay delivery speed, drinks however are extremely overpriced but there's a £1 shop & Asda next door so get drinks from there, but overall a decent little Sushi place.
THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! Order at your own risk… cooked salmon was old and brown, avocado was black inside, ordered veg dumplings and they had meat in them… the food is not fresh and it tasted like it had been left for days, the miso soup tasted like old water and was revolting, everything went in the bin. Total neglect for somewhere that prepares and sells raw fish! I would give 0 stars if I could! I called them and they told me to contact Deliveroo and hung up, Deliveroo refused refund after sending them all pictures. Terrible service all round!
Ordered £45 worth of food, advocado was brown, all the rice was over cooked and hard, the cooked salmon was also brown and made me heave, the salmon nigiri was actually ok. We ordered vegetable dumpling miso soup which had meat in and they tried to tell us it was tofu but it had Gristle init and tasted like pork, other than the nigiri it all went in the bin, it’s a shame these restaurants are able to send food out like this and get away with it, Deliveroo and the restaurant wouldn’t issue a refund, will never use either again. Order at your own risk !
Amazing food especially the katsu curry. Very generous proportions. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. My go to stop when shopping at the mercury
I petty much go every weekend for my Chicken katus curry and chicken skewers (Chicken Skewers are amazing best skewers i have ever had) Really clean and freindly staff couldnt recommend it more.
Last week ordered a takeaway. Katshu curry is nice abut watery then usual but taste good. The maki rolls and California roll... was okay didnt taste that freshly made on the day. But overall the food was good.
