   From the moment you walk in the door the smell of the food hits you and makes you even more excited to get your Tawa Platter. It was my 1st time here and definitely won’t be my last. My husband and I got a tawa for 3 so I could take home leftovers and I’m so happy we did bc even wanting it up the next day it was still delicious. Every bite was amazing. And the server was very kind.

   We were recommended to try this place, and since I’m usually very particular about eating out, freshness is my top priority. I’m pleased to say we were not disappointed at all. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by smartly dressed staff who delivered excellent customer service throughout. We ordered two Tawas, which arrived bubbling hot, aromatic, and full of flavour. The food was not only delicious but also clearly fresh, which made the experience even better. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because it’s rare to find a place that combines freshly cooked meat with such exceptional service. I’ll definitely recommend it to others.

Included everything from fish masala to donner to even daal. This place nails the balance between authenticity, value, and excellence. Whether you're after a hearty meal or a full-on feast, it delivers with flair. I’ll definitely be returning—and recommending it to anyone who appreciates great food and genuine service.

   We visited The Tawa House as a family of 7, and from the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding. I even asked to change tables and it was no hassle at all – the staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout. Service gets an easy A* from us! We ordered a Tawa for 5, and wow – the amount of food was incredible! All the starters were spot on – full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The seekh kebabs especially stood out – juicy, well-spiced, and delicious. The only slight letdown were the lamb chops, which didn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and without a doubt, we’ll be going back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great family meal and top-notch service!

   Went with my family of 8 ( 1 member is a baby ) Great food very tasty. Had the Tawa for 6 Meal and had leftovers still. The quality and quantity was amazing. Price is good considering how much food was on the Tawa. Great service aswell. I recommend the Donner highly !!! Family really enjoyed the meal. Only issues was there restaurant has very poor heating system as you can see we had to use floor heaters to keep ourselves warm. Also parking is very limited mostly single yellow lines.

   Since The Tawa House has come under new management lately, I have to say WOW! how amazing have they turned the place. From the food to the service it was all hands down incredible. They went above and beyond and made us feel very welcomed. The food was cooked to perfection (compliments to the chef) and there was a variety of different things to try. They even went out of their way to put together an amazing dessert for my sister's birthday! I highly recommend this place, it's so definitely worth the visit.

   Hands down the best place to eat in Batley, everything was spot on. The lamb chops are to die for!!! Nothing was too much trouble, service was exceptional. Really friendly staff and management. Is now under new management. Good value for money too. I'm definitely going to be a regular. Good food and good vibes.

   I thought I'll try this Tawa place out, as I've tried many before. It was nicely presented, only little niggle was, you couldn't really change one of the dishes to lentils or a vegi dish. You get what you given. Good portion sizes, slightly over priced. It's worth a shot of the one off occasion.
