   I've come to Manchester for work and was recommended Crown King and they delivered straight to the hotel. The food arrived piping hot and I believe it was one of the managers who delivered our food. He was very polite. The food was exceptional. The onion bhaji was so crispy and tasted of fried onions. Delicious with the mint raita. We had naan,chicken pakora, rice ( fluffy sepeate grains, perfectly cooked) chicken bhuna, chicken korma, chicken tikka starters ,poppadom, chips. The portions sizes are good. Easily feed 2, possibly even 3. Not greasy and very flavourful.

   Ordered from here a lot , always get my naan breast wrong I pay extra for cheese naan have actually phoned them before and asked if they can give me cheese naan not plain and they always get it wrong , won’t be ordering from here again as there another resultant called Maaza who get my cheese nana right every time.

   Orderd the family deal not a cheap order byany means,Food arived over 2 hours late despite several calls when it finally came one main meal missing and the selection of starters where dried up my son snapped the donner barm in half it was so dry .i .have used them for years 2 or 3 times a month but NEVER! again the guy on the phone was imposable to understand and eventually stopped answering voice mail not responded to food eventually went in the bin

   The delivery service is appalling and whilst the food is decent, the errors, omissions and lack of concern are unacceptable. Delivered 2hrs 45 after ordering and 1hr 50 after eta. The food arrived hot so the problem is in the kitchen. No salad or mint sauce with three starters, the wrong curry sauce and no salad with the Tandoori main course. After many years of using this takeaway, we won't be going back.

   Ordered this, delivered after 2 hours. Place refused a refund or replacement and hung up the phone. They are too busy to deal with it, is what they told me They are expecting me to scrape this complete curry mess off the cardboard box to eat. This is a combination of 6 Currys and sides all crushed and exploded in the bottom of the box. 100% would not recommend. This isn't the first time. I usually give places a few chances before reviewing. The first time the place charged me for a delivery that never turned up. I had to then get my bank to reverse charge it as they wouldn't refund me for a £40 order. So, when they told me to mention this when I come back next time, I'm 100% certain there will never be a next time. I doubt they will refund or sort this order out. Absolute shambles.

   Phoned to check 90min after ordering, told two min. 35min later food turns up missing a dish. Phoned to explain and was talked over by the staff member who just said he would send it "soon" and hung up. No apology at any time. Missing dish turned up 50 min later with a can of coke which I assume was their apology for the 3hr wait. Food was good hence the 2* but customer service was terrible.

   Vile. I phoned in for a collection order. Walking into the building was a shock...filth, empty containers and random office chairs everywhere. I had to wait for 30mins for my order and I saw staff washing raw chicken in a hand-wash basin, cooking will wearing outdoor coats and mixing cooked and uncooked food with the same utensils. My food was undercooked...samosas were frozen in the middle because I watched them fry for 30 seconds, maximum. All the food went straight in the bin.

   The takeaway is a joke waiting for food stood in the shop for almost an hour. Don’t care about there walk in customers only bothered about phone orders. How the hell do you get the order wrong when you only order 3 flipping kebabs and a portion of chips. Absolute joke. Would not recommend!!!!!!
