   Having tried Raajas once before, which was a little disappointing due the kids size kebabs, we decided to give them another try. What a massive mistake this was. We ordered two shashlik kebabs one a special and the other one a mixed, both on naan. When we opened them at home the appearance of them was totally different (see photos). I called Raajas and spoke to the most obnoxious man I have ever spoken to in a takeaway. At first he tried telling me that I had got it wrong when we had ordered, which I didn't understand as it was from their menu in the shop. Then it was the way he cooks them as he stated " I make all the Shashlik this way", to which I replied "what different ". At this point this is when he started with the big I am attitude and raising his voice to me. Remember I am the customer in this conversation not him. The parting shot from him was " I have been doing this for 20 years and I know what I am doing, if you don't like it bring your food back and can get your money back. This was not the response I wanted, I just wanted him recognise his error and correct it, I didn't really want an apology just my order to be corrected. If you are in the area or live locally then avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else, even if this place gets it wrong, I am sure the customer service will be far better.

   Don't know what's happened to this takeaway. Been ordering from this venue for over 20 years and it was first class food. The last 9 months all the currys tastes the same....I've just given up Last order for us.

   We Have ordered many times from this takeaway but unfortunately tonight's ordered through foodhub was not smooth sailing. Having ordered at 6pm we waited until 7.45 to call them expecting them to be busy at its a Saturday night.The man that answered was polite but unfortunately the second person was the most inconsiderate, rude person I have ever spoken to in a while, he then decided to tell me that the ordered had been cancelled hours ago as they were busy this was not the case at all, he cancelled it there and then whilst on the phone to me absolutely disgusting behavior from a company that relies on its business. Will not order again from them due to the disgusting way I was spoken to on the as I was unable to get ant words in as he hung up

   Ordered 3 chicken burgers dont order if you dont like them spicy got a 6 year old n 80 year old now with burnt mouths there that spicy. Rubbish customer service. Will never be ordering from you again

   Had Chicken Tikka masala today. I was expecting orangy coloured food, but it looked rather red. However, the taste was great. The spice was just perfect, not too spicy. Overall,good.

   Awful place awful service. Rang for a delivery at 7.15 told it would be an hour n half rang back 2 hours later and said would still be another hour. His reply was not my fault were busy! Customer service is terrible
