Food is either very late or does not arrive, try calling no answer. This has happened on many occasions. It’s a shame because the food is really nice
Decent enough for a Japanese takeaway on my doorstep. Had the chicken yaki soba, was nice, still hot and plenty of flavour. Also had the calamari which was really nice. Gyozas we fine too, didn’t like the dip with them but I never really do anywhere. Turned up on time and would definitely order again. Nice to have something different locally rather than just Chinese, kebab shops and Indians.
Yaki Soba seemed to be coated in fish oil and that was all it tasted of so was inedible, the sides were ok. It arrived on time but will not be ordering again. Edit: ordered during the week, my review was not posted on the website I ordered via so decided to put one here.
My girlfriend and I ordered from here 3 separate times, each time had varying qualities, this time last night really took the cake. The portions got randomly smaller and quality inconsistent, the salad dressing on the bento lunch boxes was revolting and the soup had expired plant in it. My girlfriend who loves the soups is now suffering from diarrhoea and feels very off, we had the exact same thing only I didn't drink or eat anything from the soup. I usually enjoy the calamari but this time is was disgusting and oily with an unusual amount of spice I don't know what happened over the last few days since we last ate from there but the quality took a nose dive Gyoza was good at least
Really lovely food, turned up pipping hot, so good overall, my new favourite, I definitely will be ordering again from here!
Would rate minus stars but sadly thats not option. Food tasteless, oily , aboublety no effort in the food 2 hours past the estimated time , everything about it was a utter disappointment and disgusting. I phoned the restaurant and they was no help saying it wasnt there fault and then hung up on me. There are no words to describe how utterly disgusting this this is.
