   Order from Sapphire again last night. Onion bhaji and Mushroom pilau were overcooked and dried out, the regular pilau rice for my husband never turned up. Called the restaurant and was advised we would have it within 5 mins (live nearby) 20 minutes later still no sign of the rice, called them back and they sent a cash refund. The attitude of the staff and driver was absolutely appalling and he started arguing with my hushand on the door step over their mistake, the food was ordered and paid for in advance, they screwed up and then had the audacity to argue over it.

   Best curry house by far, food always 10 out of 10 and super value for money. We live in North Wales and everytime i visit my Dad in Wythenshawe we always get extra meals to take home and freeze. Chaana Saag side is the best i ever tasted and favourite curry is the Dopiaza. Thanks guys

   Wouldn't recommend this place unless you have run out of dog food. South Indian garlic chicken, chicken chat puri, and sauce with the tandoori mixed grill all taste the same, very bland, they seem to use the same base sauce for everything. Not good.

   This place used to be ok years ago, however, having just got a curry on the way home I won't ever be going back. The chicken has the strangest texture (like hard rubber) and the korma is like nothing I've ever experienced, no sweetness or creamy taste, it just tastes like onion!

   This is 2nd time we've ordered, the food it was over cooked, we've ordered nay tines before food has been good. Twice in a row food has not been good at all. Tonight's food all of what we had was disgusting. I could only eat some of it the rest we both threw out. Twice in a row food has been over cooked, it's tastes like left overs from the night before and reheated up, no taste to it at all. For what you charge and delivery, for what we gad you owe us not us pay you for something so bad. This is the last time we'll order from yourselves, never have we eaten something so disgusting. You've certainly lost our custom.

   Use to order pizza from here all the time as they were delicious, twice now I’ve ordered recently and I’ve had to throw it away first time I ordered it came wrong 2nd time pizza under cooked and a beard hair in a slice of pizza put me right off I did phone and sent them a picture and they apologised but still no good didn’t even offer to refund me
