   Ordered and waited over an hour called to see how long it would be at first no aswer then was rudely told the order has not even started to be made and would be a while until they would start cooking it. Why accept orders if you can not deal with the capacity. Or not inform your customers of the delays so they have a choice to cancel the order and get food from elsewhere.

   Tried Smashies recently and it definitely lived up to the hype! The chicken smash burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The loaded fries were also a highlight—crispy, cheesy, and full of flavour. Great halal option with quality food. Will be coming back for sure!

   I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The manager was extremely rude, and I also noticed that some of the staff were not wearing appropriate beard protection which I’m gonna attach the picture.Unfortunately, I even found a hair in my food, which is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

   I ordered the chicken, cheese and mushroom omlette. It came just plain ( can make that myself) I rang the shop to be advised it was my fault and I messed the order up. I didnt. I double checked and its the only omlette you can order. Fuming. Waited 1.5 hours for this. Wont be using again which is a shame as the currys are nice!

   Ordered a lamb vindaloo with mushroom rice, it was cooked very, very fast. The lamb was cooked well, the rice was lovely but the curry it's self was terrible. The sauce was just an orange paste with no flavour, it wasn't vindaloo strength either; more like a madras. There was no chilli's or onions or peppers or any veg of any kind just a paste and meat and i was left feeling very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this place and I don't think I'll be trying this place again.
