   The Raj in Culcheth is always fantastic. Every time I visit, the staff are genuinely warm, welcoming, and always go out of their way to look after me. The service is consistently friendly, and they make you feel like a valued regular from the moment you walk in. The food is always delicious, fresh, and full of flavour — you can tell they take pride in what they do. Whether it’s a quiet meal or a takeaway, they never disappoint. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

   Our experience here was 10/10 from start to finish, starting with extremely quick service. We arrived at 18:40 and we were there for an hour in total but we never felt rushed to leave at any point, we were offered to have a drink at the bar first but we asked to be seated, the food and drinks came really quick. All of the waiters we had were extremely polite and professional, I took my coat off and went to put it on the back of my chair, but a waiter noticed this and put it on a hanger near the door for me - when we left, the man who seated us put my jacket on for me and held the door for us on the way out, I felt like royalty! The food was absolutely incredible - I said to my partner, and I quote, “this is up there with the best Indian I’ve ever had” and it really was. I had explained to the waiter I don’t like my food too spicy but still have a little kick to it, they delivered this to perfection. Perfect portion sizes, not too much but not too little either. 10/10. The price is average I’d say, it cost just over £50 for 2 of us to have x2 poppadoms with dips, 2x curries, x2 pilau rice, x2 garlic naan breads, x1 chips to share and x2 soft drinks. When our bill came, we got 2 shots of baileys and 2 werthers originals with it which went down nicely. We will definitely be visiting here again, cannot recommend enough. I didn’t manage to get a picture of the garlic naan breads as they were too big to fit in the picture.

   Amazing indian food. Lots of different dishes to choose from and I would definitely recommend to go here! The staff is super friendly and very attentive. Always were in to make a lil chat and asked how we were doing. Definitely come back here!

   Top lads and had a nice meal in the restaurant. Was gonna order takeaway tonight but £6.05 for a Pershwari nan...really? £127 for a set meal for 4...Wow! They are having a laugh. Ordered same at Culcheth Massala for £40!
