Ordered food from here a mixed grill kabab with chips £12.95 absolutely disgusting the chips was cooked twice so hard to eat i left them you get 1 lamb chop inside it that was burnt never again from this place the rice was nice and the curry but the kabab not even worth it im so shocked

Took over two hours to arrive and it came and it was wrong . Called up to ask for it to be sorted , it then took a further hour . So 3 hours altogether! The chicken legs and lamb had been cooked and re warmed up ‘using the term loosely’ as it had a brown outer layer where chicken is reheated . Not fresh at all. We have had numerous orders here and was always great but this was a total disaster and you’ve lost custom
Ordered a takeaway today it’s was horrible - the dirty chips we’re soggy and had no topping no sauce on it just a few odd jalapeño and big chunks of tomatoes! By the way they don’t do lamb here they only do sheep meat - I asked for lamb curry and paid extra for Lamb but I know most Asian takeaways will only use mutton/ sheep meat as cheaper alternative - I asked in the notes to give me chicken if this was the case which they did - but clearly their advertisement is not accurate cos why charge extra for lamb when you don’t even serve lamb!! The chapati and naan were stale, rubbery and and the flour was shredding it was awful!!! I called to complain the man on the phone listened but his customer service did not go beyond that. Previously they have been really good but defo the quality has gone down hilll won’t be returning

Order, they accept, charged me, then cancelled straight away after it charged me and cant get money back for 5 days. Now i cant afford food for the evening, this was meant to be out "treat". Not going to try here ever again. Wouldn't recommend.
Oh my goodness! Just ordered the mixed grill, haven't even finished eating it and I'm writing a review it is that good! Brilliant meat quality the best mixed grill I have had, hot and quick delivery!
