   Food was below average. The kebab starter had a few uncooked bits, which immediately put me off. My main chicken dish was fine in terms of tenderness, but it came in a noticeably sweet gravy, strange for something that was meant to be “chilli” and spicy, so it didn’t match the description or expectations. The ambiance was just okay. The restaurant was quiet when we visited, so noise levels were fine, but the music choice didn’t help the mood as they had a sad Bollywood playlist on that felt a bit depressing and made the place feel flatter than it needed to. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it, especially with so many better options.

   Food very good indeed, we really loved it and the service was superb. However, I'm sure it's normally OK as far as noise goes, we must have been unlucky as there was ear splitting laughter, I don't think I could have shrieked louder. Thursday 7:30pm.

   Went for a takeaway, haven't had one in four months so I was really looking forward to this one, the restaurant looked very nice, staff were chatty and helpful. Food didn't take to long. The meal itself was a first for me, and although it was spot on. I probably won't order the same again. Just a personal thing. Will probably go for a dining experience in, whilst I'm in the area. Only reason one star down is on the menu it says they deliver and they don't, I know new menus are an expense, but I would hope that they would change this in the future, definitely recommend.

   Absolutely love this restaurant. Service is always incredible and the food is delicious. The restaurant is on an estate so doesn't attract much passing trade which is a shame, if people knew about it and how good it was, it would be fully booked every night. Never had a bad meal at this place, it is always exception. The staff are amazing, friendly, attentive and personable. The restaurant was redecorated recently and looks amazing. If you want a really good, tasty Indian meal, get yourself to Lagan. Best in Bolton and surrounding areas by a long stretch.

   The best Indian in Bolton by far! And the second best I've had in the UK. The dishes are presented immaculately, the food is delicious and the staff are polite, friendly and well mannered. Worth every penny!

   Came here for iftaar, what a lovely restuarant love the new look looks very modern and nice, reminds me of tattu, food was delicious, prices were decent, selection of food was huge amount which is great, food came out pretty fast too, staff very friendly, thank you for having us we will deffinately be back again in the future lovely place
