   Wrong food came. Ignoring phone calls even though still open. I spent more money than I should’ve because the food that came was cheaper than what was originally ordered. Essentially scamming me of my money. Never order from here, ever. And just got to a kebab we ordered. Box is literally empty. What? This is genuinely infuriating. Looking to get a refund now as this is just stupid. There’s no way that couldn’t have happened by accident. Either a worker was high on drugs or they purposely handed out a bag with 2 burgers in and an empty box for £30 (£20 with promo and delivery). Disgusting.

   READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!! Placed my order and waited patiently for an hour. It got to the point where it was past the estimated arrival time so I called the place up and was told it was on the way (he somehow knew this without taking a second to even check). After 15 more minutes I called again and asked if he definitely left and they said yes. Then miraculously after ~15 more minutes the food arrived (the place is a 15 minute drive away) So half an hour after I called the first time and was assured it was on the way Now to the food, Ordered: -6 peri peri chicken strips + fries -2x peri chicken in pitta -loaded fries with chicken -2 cans of pop Let’s just say the canned drinks were the best part of the meal. Every piece of peri peri chicken I received was dried out to nothing. Dry and hard to eat. The burnt sides of the chicken were face down on the chips so we couldn’t see upon opening. Very very mediocre food and not worth the 1 hour and a half wait. Attached photos of the dried out burnt chicken and loaded slop below

   Ordered for pick-up yesterday evening (Saturday) via Uber Eats, my order was accepted by the store and was "preparing", but upon arrival, it was closed (despite the opening hours showing as open). Luckily Uber Support cancelled the order and refunded me, but this was a completely wasted journey. Why are you accepting orders if you're not open? Edit in reply to Muncheese: I ordered for pick-up, not delivery. You accepted my order for pick-up at Muncheese Hobs Road. Saying my order was "delivered" is inaccurate and false.

   Worst food I have eaten in my life. Waited an HR longer for delivery than expected and when it came the order was wrong but what's worse is the pizza was very undercooked and cold and the chicken on top of the cold soggy chips that I never asked for was raw (asked for beef) It's made me sick. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

   Not the first time I’ve ordered,in fact this isn’t my first order this week! I ordered a 10inch pizza and a mixed kebab box,the kebab box was supposed to be in a 10inch pizza box but it was in a 8inch pizza box,I called muncheese Wednesbury whose staff was extremely rude and obnoxious and they even all smirked when I explained the problem,the man then outright lied to me stating that their kebab boxes come in 8inch pizza boxes (the one I had 2 days ago came in the correct 10inch box,hence my return custom,needless to say I WONT be returning my custom again in the future!),thankfully I purchased via a third party company via my bank card so my purchase is luckily protected,nonetheless in future I will actively avoid muncheese like the plaque! Absolutely disgusting to rip off a severely disabled, wheelchair bound and completely housebound woman this way!!! Abhorrent treatment by vile staff!!! also the salad was stale,fries are undercooked and the tandoori chicken on the pizza was burnt to be completely inedible.

   I had a delivery today, one pizza and large chips, which were too salty for us to eat, and the pizza was undercooked. The red onion on the pizza was raw. When I complained, they told me I would get a discount the next time I ordered. When I asked how they would handle it if I didn't order again, he said they couldn't. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and will never use it again.

   Ordered food from here. It was really good and didnt have to wait 2 long. With the order i ordered a kinder beuro milkshake which was nice but the only downside was the wrapper had been blended in with the milkshake. So as i was sipping i was getting bits of plastic. Rang them up to explain that i wasnt happy about the milkshake cos i was basically getting bits of plastic every other sip And they said they are really sorry about it and to stop drinking it. They said they would send a replacement out asap and asked what else i wanted on the house. So i got sent 2 free milkshakes for the mistake. The man on the phone was really polite to Customer service was really good.The other two milkshakes was sent out was on point. And i will deffo be ordering again just for the milkshake

   Pizza is spot on really tasty and well made but the chicken is naff. Also ordered a Chocolate fudge cake which was out of stock but they never told me so they sent cheese cake. Fine but it was frozen!! Started eating it before I realised. Not very happy
