   Some things off the menu are tasty…. But every time you order they mess it up. Or it takes hours to come. There are way better takeaways in Worksop than this.

   Ordered yesterday after being 2 hours late already we rang and were just told they were just putting it in now, and that it would be 15 minutes, I asked realistically how long do you think it will be I was met with a very sarcastic girl who said it will be 15 minute like I already told you.... No apology, no freebie for the hassle or any form of customer service whatsoever, order never turned up in the end, got a full refund from just eat

   Won't be going to again placed order on just eat 19.30 to be delivered by timed slot picked 20.35 got to 21.00 called them they put phone on hold waited still no one on otherend so went down at this point 50 min late found out ticket at back of another with order on so they started it didn't leave till 21.55 with just a sorry no delivery charge money back or anything very poor on the staffs part I should have had delivery charge back at the very least won't be using again

   Absolutely disgusting service from Pizza House. If I could give zero stars I would. Tonight had an appalling meal from them. The food was wet, making it soggy. The pizza box was splitting and breaking it was wet, burger bun was soggy couldn’t eat it. Have pizza house on a regular basis so rang to let them about know about tonight’s food, how I was spoken to was not how I expected. I was shouted at, called a liar (despite saying I would take the food down to show them) and told no refund possible, which is fine I would have ordered again and he told me I could have money off next time but £10 no more, there was at least £18 of food that was not eaten and wet. The order was wrong in terms of requests but never would have complained just about that missing items, wrong salad, wrong/no sauce. Soggy garlic bread, burger buns, chips it was simply not edible. I will not order from here ever again because of how I was spoke to nothing else! Shouted at and kept being told will bring more food then, I explained this was not possible as my husband was leaving for work at 8.30 (20 mins after the call) so we didn’t want it. I should add we ate jalapeño bits, coleslaw and some bits of the wet bits that were edible. Had to end the call after 7 minutes of abuse, this is not good customer service and we will never buy from here again!!

   I'm really funny when it comes to ordering a takeaway from a new place.. if it's not piping hot or looks in any way inedible I won't eat it. I read the reviews so was sceptical but ordered hesitantly from just eat. I live about 8-9 miles away, it arrived in half an hour piping hot and the delivery driver was a very nice chap. The food was delicious! Exactly what you would expect from a takeaway, Ide have no hesitations ordering again.
