   Had a fantastic experience at Mansfield Pizza Hut! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you want when you’re craving comfort pizza — but the real highlight of our visit was our waiter, Jax. Jax was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He kept everything running smoothly, checked in at just the right times, and brought great energy that made the whole meal more enjoyable. It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and personal, and Jax absolutely nailed it. Big shout out to Jax for going above and beyond — he’s a huge asset to the team. We’ll definitely be back because of the great service and overall experience. Highly recommend stopping by Mansfield Pizza Hut if you’re in the area!

   Great food at great prices. Didn’t have to wait long for service or food. I like their ordering through the QR code system but I hope they are still able to take orders in person for those unable to use QR codes. Also, there were some items on the salad bar and ice cream factory that could have done with topping up before my table went for our food. Otherwise it was a good visit.

   Haven't been in a Pizza Hut for years. Stumbled upon this one while on a trip to Mansfield and am so glad we came in. Both staff (Josh and Livvy) welcomed us in and throughout our visit were helpful, kind and efficient. Their customer care skills are outstanding. The restaurant itself was spotless. The food was perfectly cooked, very nicely presented and super value for money. If we are ever her again, we'll make a bee-line for this great place. Well done the staff - because it's always the staff who make the difference to the customer's experience. 10/10

   This was my first time at Pizza Hut in Mansfield. I've been to many in different locations due to working away. The food was within Pizza Hut's standard, as expected for the price point. All staff were polite, and Nick went out of his way to assist me with my order. A check-back on the food was completed; however, this was once I had almost finished. Nevertheless, it was a check-back. I would recommend to others

   On arrival was shown to a table and told we needed to order on the app. This took an age to do as you have to register first. If I wanted to do that I would have ordered takeaway. It also asked if we wanted to leave a tip - we hadn’t even eaten or been served in any way!!!! Eventually ordered and then waited 10 minutes for glasses to arrive for the drinks. No mention of the free salad bar. Walking carefully to the drinks machine as the floors were filthy with food and spilt drink. Looked at the salad bar which was virtually empty and decided not to bother. I asked a waitress if we could have some cutlery and she pointed across the restaurant for me to go and fetch my own. The pizza was lovely but after eating I had to ask the waitress for boxes for the leftover pizza and also if we could have our dessert. Overall - paid over £60 to serve myself in a filthy restaurant when I could have stayed in my clean house and ordered in! Absolute rip off - you should be ashamed! If I could put no stars for service I would!!

   I think the service from start to finish was brilliant. The salad bar was looking a bit messy with salad on the floor but overall the salad bar was full and readily available. Service was quick, with hot fresh food, and this was even with a large birthday party in the restaurant too. We often visit Pizza Hut and would only go for the kids birthdays usually, but we will definitely consider it again for an occasional visit.

   The experience is OK - the kids like it and it's straight forward enough. I genuinely do feel that the experience around ordering yourself on an App, paying on an App and serving yourself the majority of food / drinks takes away the restaurant element and shouldn't be advertised as such, it's like a self-service cafe you'd find at a holiday resort.

   Your typical, run-of-the-mill Pizza hut offering buffet and tasty pizza. Staff are welcoming, although the place can get too crowded especially during busy times (i.e weekends or school holidays) so expect a queue at the door waiting for tables.

   I was a bit worried about using my mobile to order but my teenage kids were straight on it and I liked how straight forward everything was. The service was very fast and having paid already we didn't have to wait to pay the bill and as we were going on to other activities it took away the worry of having to rush eating in case we weren't away on time
