   arrived quick but poor quality food. Kebab meat was very cheap meat, n flavojr just fatty. And the Naan breadwas a chewey tortillia. Jacket potato cheese was rubbery and cheap hardley any sauce on the beans. Chips were akay. Cookies were completly burnt.

   Placed an order with Shirebrook express. Created my own pizza half pepperoni half doner meat. Pizza got delivered and had onions and mushrooms on which wasn’t ordered. Gave them a call to sort this issue, lady on the phone stated that is wasnt there problem and if we was to want the pizza how we originally ordered we would have to place the order again and pay again. No help what so ever. Will not be ordering from here again!

   Ordered from Shirebrook Express after numerous recommendations from friends, but couldn’t believe how bad my experience was. The food took almost an hour and a half to arrive after I ordered, and when I opened the boxes, everything was stone cold. I rang the takeaway to ask if I could get some fresh food because of this, and instead of trying to help me, the guy I spoke to started yelling down the phone, saying he was too busy and it was my fault. I don’t see how this is possible, when I rang literally two minutes after it was delivered! After a good five minutes of yelling at me, he slammed the phone down, and the problem didn’t get resolved. Absolutely shocking service. I will never order from them again.

   Chips nasty! Cook them or don't! Hard in the middle and some soft. If you don't know how to cook don't open a fast food takeaway! Don't drop then in a fryer for a minute and think they are cooked! Wouldn't even give them to our dogs, STAY AWAY people if you want good food and not be over priced, go(model chippy)/(a different kettel of fish) in stead loads better quality & price.
