   Ordered 2 pizzas and coleslaw. Coleslaw did not arrive, pizza stone cold. Complained. First person talked so fast I couldn't understand him. Manager was unapologetic and bolshy. 22.99 for 2 tiny cold pizzas, no coleslaw and no apology. Offered to send coleslaw which would take 20 minutes even though they said they had run out???? Manager needs to go to customer service training program. Will not be ordering from here again. All previous pizzas were brilliant. Due to poor customer service we will not buy from here again.

   Pizzas came freezing cold. No explanation that coleslaw had run out and no refund. Rang shop. First guy talked so fast I couldn't understand him. Manager was very abrupt, bolshy and would not offer a refund. We had waited almost an hour for first delivery. Manager offered to send coleslaw and it would take 20 minutes even though we were told they had run out. Managers attitude has really annoyed us and we will not order from them again. We previously said this was a brilliant pizza place. Now review is no way will we order from them again. Think staff need to go on customer relations course.

Just a heads-up: they do get really busy on weekends, so the wait can be a bit longer. But honestly, it’s worth it. Shows how many people know how good it is! If you’re craving proper quality pizza and don’t mind waiting a bit during peak times, this place delivers—literally and taste-wise!

   Pizza arrived without cheese and all the toppings had fallen off the pizza. Ordered spicy wings but recieved bbq. Spent over £25 and threw it all in the bin. Called the restaurant to complain and they did not seem interested, will not be using again although food has always been good previously.

   Amazing food, you pay for the quality you get here. I’ve tried many pizza places but this by far has to be at the top of my list when it comes to pizza. Can’t beat a thin crust! Staff are friendly and always make sure my pizza is delivered pipping hot. Chilli cheese bites and breaded chicken filets are a treat too. Definitely would recommend.
