   Absolutely disgusted with how my order has been handled. I placed an order on Uber eats and as it approached the later delivery time I call to check how long as I’d just finished a 12 hour shift and needed to sleep. I was told it would be another half an hour 45 minutes at that time I didn’t realise that would take them up to closing time. The person on the phone also lied and said it was an Uber driver dropping the food even though on the app it tells you the shop has their own driver. So after waiting the extra half an hour I called and no response I’ve been trying to cancel or contact someone and I’ve had no luck for the past hour. I will NEVER order from here again and I will be advising my friends and family not to either. This isn’t the first time either

   so i made an order on friday night for the netflix and chill deal with 2 pepsis seperate. the order arrived 40 minutes after the first call i received and a whole 25 minutes after the latest estimated time. my pizza was cold and i was understandably frustrated. i rung the restaurant and they seemed to be understanding offering me the coke or a free meal another day. i rang up 2 days later and they changed the free meal to getting a "freebie" which was a bottle of pop, which wasnt a freebie since I'd already paid. i rung up on this occasion because i belived i was getting a free meal to learn i had to pay again to get the missing item on the first meal. which is very frustrating as it negates the good will to the fact my pizza was late and cold and completely feels like they tricked me into feeling pressure to buy again for a "freebie" i already paid for. i tried explaining this in a note to the restaurant stating i wanted an actual free bottle of pop as i am a regular and cold pizza is not what you pay for. the changing there mind on the offer and just giving me my pop days later and ignoring me was just icing on the cake. very frustrated at how this was handled and would really appreciate a proper apology as I genuinely do like the Netflix n chill deal.

   Awful service. After ordering they will not pick up the phone. If they had at least told us they were no longer coming we could have ordered from somewhere else. The business only survives by accepting orders and hoping that people do not ask for a refund on the apps and forgets about it. Absolute joke do not order from here

   Ive ordered quite alot from uber eats... lets not talk about the delivery time (not fast... sometimes really slow) but I really like the pizza. might be the best ive had from a while. even its slow but ill say "shut up and take my money" for the pizza.

   The mixed grill pizza was ok but doughy and definitely not worth £9.50 for a 12 inch and I couldn't even eat the chicken wings as they had a weird flavour to them. The jaapeno poppers were also over priced at £4.50 for four when I can get eight with chips for the same price at my local takeaway, they did have a friendly delivery driver however due to the quality of the food I will not be ordering again.

   Delivery driver was friendly and delivery was on time. Pizza was ok but doughy! Chicken wings looked undercooked and tasted weird. Saw a weird thing stickin out the chicken wing. £4.50 for 4 jalapeno bites when I can get the exact same ones, double the amount and less the price from my local. Thought because of the good star rating and extortionate proces that it would be decent and worth it - definitely not! Won't be ordering from here again. Gutted because I was really looking forward to it too

   Got a tandoori chicken pizza and their home made milk cake and I’m not one for pizza but the food was amazing!! You can tell everything’s freshly made! Piping hot, the milk cake was delicious too, I’d highly recommend this takeaway as you most definitely get a good portion for the price and the quality is unbeatable. If you go in to pick up the food you can also see how clean the entire place is. Thank you. Will be ordering again very soon. Ps the guy answering the phone isn’t bad to look at ;) I recommend you pick your food up
