I regret giving them my money, used to be a great go to for noodles, not anymore, servers don't care and can't even take an order over the phone.. like seriously? how dumb does your staff has to be or your training lacking if you dont allow orders over phone? this place became a joke that's not even funny..
Very disappointed with the food, the salt and pepper tofu box had 8 tiny pieces of tofu and was mostly rice. Same with the tofu hot box, hardly any tofu, about 2 bits of sad looking broccoli and mostly just noodles. I couldn't finish it. So expensive, should have gone somewhere else! Can't even make a complaint online as the form doesn't go through!
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered at 5.30, food finally arrived just before 8pm, cold. We ordered via just eat and waited an hour, called the restaurant who said there were no JE drivers, advised us to cancel and reorder through their website, which we did. She said it would be with us in 10 minutes. 50 minutes later I called back to be told that the driver had collected it 20 minutes previously, but that once a driver had collected the food, it was no longer wok n go's problem. She told me to give the driver another 10 minutes. 10 minutes came and went with no food arriving, she again just said there was nothing they could do, it wasn't their fault. She did say I could order for a third time and go and collect it, which obviously I did not want to do. Food eventually arrived, stone cold, delivered by a just eat driver. 0/10, would not recommend, and Amanda the manager doesn't even know her legal requirements to actually deliver food you have ordered. Stay away.
They have changed the cooking hobs to rice cookers, and the food was not properly cooked. It's like wet fried rice. We had to wait a long waiting time to get the food. I don't think this system has proper hygiene. Please consider this matter seriously.
Order twice now and for the price you pay it’s terrible, paid 6 pound for burnt cauliflower and the sauce split all over the bag and cold. This is the last time I order form this place. They don’t even care when you call them up and tell them.
Disappointing. Burnt rice and tofu. The whole rice box tasted burnt. Didn't seem to be any sauce in it either. Added extra broccoli to the order but there were only 2 tiny pieces. Paid for peanuts as an extra in both meals but there were no peanuts in either meal. The teriyaki chicken noodles were ok and portions were good size.
I have been waiting since 2nd of February for a 17.10 refund after paying twice for two meals the e-mail I received after a complaint was it will take 7 days that was 14th feb and guess what still no refund i totally am disgusted in this service and I won’t be using this shop again people think they can treat customers like this then I will put a bad review every week until I receive my money back £ 34.20 for 2 boxes of food.
Nothing like the stench of burnt noodles to ruin your take out! Obviously too fast on too high a heat, but the burnt taste is throughout the dish. Either that or they've not cleaned the pan properly before cooking mine! No idea how you can go wrong with Vegan Noodles... used to be nice.
The restaurant is clean and the services are nice. I was able to create my own meal by using the self service tablet in the restaurant. The food tasted nice and the toilets were really clean. The staff were very polite and courteous. My order came very fast and I didn't have to wait for long.
Tasty, fresh and great value for money! I had the sweet chilli box which was really nice, a good balance not too sweet or spicy and the perfect amount of sauce. You get a generous amount of meat and loads of noodles, I had the medium and struggled to finish it all (which never happens!) Visited in the past and wasn't overly impressed but I created my own box and possibly just made a bad choice? Glad I went back, will definitely be returning!
