   'La Sensationale' Me and my partner have just been for the 1st time, and had a meal on a Saturday evening (6.00pm sitting). The place was packed when we walked in, so we thought that must be a good sign!? All courses were GORGEOUS and the portion sizes, although at first appearance seemed rather small, were actually just right! All staff that served us were lovely; very friendly and polite, which helped to make our visit feel extra special... This included the manageress who clearly runs a very well controlled operation as empty tables were cleared, cleaned and reset in a very fast and efficient manner! The place remained packed throughout our 2 hour stay, and we will definitely be returning very soon! A SPECIAL THANKS GOES TO MAGDALENA, WHO PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT!! Her manner, service, personality, friendliness, and interaction with customers sets the standard of what first class customer service should be like... 5 STARS, THANKYOU ***** xx

   Me and my partner have lived up the road for last 18 months and kept saying we will go here . Wish we had been sooner! Food is amazing freshly cooked and you can tell it's not masses produced and did not disappoint! My partner had the garlic mushrooms to start and then the lasagna and finished off with a biscoff cheesecake. I had the spicy meatballs to start, it was nice slight hum but the sauce and the bread was lush. Definitely recommend. Then I had the calzone for my main it had pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms and finished off with a chocolate cake and ice cream! It was so nice I wanted more! The cola that they do is really nice as well none of your coke/pepsi it tasted like a botanical type cola which was lush and makes a change. your debating about coming for a visit don't hesitate!

   Much bigger than you initially think when you dine here. Went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. Lots of people busy tables etc. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. On the downside, our booking was for 5 people not 3. No tables. Waited just over an hour for a table and a further hour for our meal. Certain menu items had run out. We were asked what deserts we would like, when we hadn't even had our main course!! A gentleman served us our food or shall I say 'shoved' our plates at us. He must have been having a bad evening. The young girl server's were extremely nice, removed plates and cutlery etc whilst smiling at us all the time, I must highlight their good manners and service. We were overcharged for items we did not have. However, I did say they were extremely busy. We had some cocktails and they were delicious! The food was also very nice. City centre prices to mention. We would go back for a comparison visit because the food was good when we eventually received it. Unfortunately, it was our first visit and found it to be extremely chaotic.

   Nice ambiance on a Saturday night . Large group in very drunk noisy and rowdy staff did not control them but of a let down. Not sure if this is actually Italian owned or Eastern European owned . The steaks t bone at £27 quite thin but cooked of med rare . Side dishes ok . Starter ribs good with a chilli kick . I have been spoilt by going to a real Italian of quality DaSandros in Huddersfield but to be fair it deserves three stars no more . What made it good was the young female staff very nice . Note to people going I never tip unless I can guarantee the money goes in the servers pocket …. In this place they are told they will get a percentage and they never do ! So in my mind all the tips go to the owners which is outrageous. I will go again the cooks are good but I think Albanian, Hungarian or some other nationality behind the scenes not that it matters 5 percent of Indian restaurants are actually run by Indians ! Go give it a try food just above average , service good but crowd control zero and not a “real” Italian
