Thought the Turkish delight was their best pizza for years but the BBQ chicken pizza... oof banging! And of course the signature stir-fry donner is succulent and tasty as always.
The pizzas are usually good but this time there was a pizza missing. Rang them back and they realised they left my pizza behind and said they will send it out. Received a phone call later from them saying they have only 1 driver and had the cheek to tell me to pick up the pizzas myself (I ordered from ubereats and paid for delivery for a reason). Told them I can't and then some hours later I received a cold pizza! Gave them a chance to rectify this mistake, No apology, No extras thrown in, not even a bloody warm fresh pizza! Won't be ordering from them again and will tell everyone to do the same.
Ordered from this place, ordered 2x 16 inch pizza but when order arrived and opened first box it had a 12 in Inch small pizza in it and opened 2nd box it was the same 12inc in 16 inch box. Really shocked how they could do that. To fill the box spaces they put 2 chill sauces on each side but even that couldn't fool anyone. Contacted takeaway giving them chance but refused to refund or do anything about it. Really shocked at what they done but even more so on they had opportunity to do something right about it but nothing. Feel been scammed and ripped off. Very disappointing for the take away. Didn't want to leave bad review but given no choice. Will send this review on review sites so other people are aware and been warned.
Pizza considerably smaller than size of box, and is on the thinner side, although taste is decent it doesn't compare to Bradford branch
Unfortunately a real let down to the bigfellas brand. Nothing like the original. Probably the worst pizza I've had In Leeds.
Ordered on Uber Eats last night and the food was quick but it was disgusting! The donner meat was so hard and dry, even though we got a portion in the stir fry sauce. Explain that one! I ordered a mixed donner kebab on Nan - as shown on Uber eats menu and they sent it with chips which was unacceptable. Food just tasted like it had been sat there for days and had just been warmed in the microwave and Sent. Don’t waste your money for their HORRIBLE poor food!
Ordered two kebabs totalling £15.00. Both extremely dry and definitely hadnt been cooked freshly. Will not be returning. Terrible
Ordered a family size pizza today as usual and that was nothing like the big fellas I’ve had many of times. Was actually really really disappointed (food rarely disappoints me as I know what to expect from the establishment of my preference and I stick to it). Something has 100% changed maybe new pizza chef and now it’s a supermarket pizza. Very heartbroken as I now need to find another pizza place which is on the same level as old big fellas.
