   Genuinely baffling how poor the service is. Received the wrong order and then they told me a number was missing from my phone number so they couldn’t tell me the toppings weren’t available. But then I received a call when the pizza was here? Don’t mind that they have toppings missing but annoying how they blatantly lied. Also pizza was cold.

   I called in yesterday dinner time for a pizza. There was a guy sat on the floor behind the counter watching videos on his phone. He never acknowledged me. I could hear somebody else in the background talking on their phone but never saw him. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order. I did think of placing an order on my phone as I could see the order screen behind the counter to see if anyone would react. I left and went somewhere else. Never ever again would I even contemplate spending my money with this firm. Avoid at all costs.

   Possibly the worst "attempt" at a pizza that I've ever ever experienced. Words cannot describe what was delivered other than there was dough, tomato, and cheese present. Other than that I don't feel that the language I would usually use would use would be appreciated. 1 star because that is the lowest available. Did it appear... yes. Wasn't hot.......yes. What was it? ..nobody knows!

   3rd time I've ordered and they've missed out toppings. 2nd time 4 were missed. Why can't you get it right?!. I'm sick of calling you up about this. First 2 times they've sent out replacements but I'm sick of having to do this.

   I recently ordered from Papa John’s Chesterfield, which is takeaway and delivery only, and had a great experience. I went with the Chicken Club, customised with Tabasco sauce, one of my favorites. The pizza was delicious, with fresh toppings and just the right kick from the Tabasco. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. If you’re looking for tasty pizza and quick, friendly service, this is a great spot.

   Placed an order and the tracker updated to say it was delivered 23:03, just after closing, so couldn't ask why it hadn't actually been delivered. Called the next day, first time they said they will call me back in 15 minutes, an hour later I called again and they said nobody was around to help but took my details. Next evening I rang again to be told that the driver claimed they had delivered and that we would have to take it up with their head office - nobody came to our house, we have a Ring doorbell, they have lied to us, wasted my time, and I'm still working to recover the money they basically stole from me.

   Ordered a few times from this branch and never again. I hate to complain during the pandemic as I’m also in customer service jobs and the phone staff here are so dismissive and rude when I called to make a polite and basic request, and tonight the mushrooms were missing on the pizza and the toppings that were in there were very scarce. When you’re paying £21 for a pizza you expect lots of toppings, but it basically just tastes like cheese and tomato. Go to dominos or Caprinos instead, much better customer service and value for money there.

   Placed an order at 3:38pm for collection at 4:30pm. When we collected the pizza it was not hot, and when I called to complain, I was told that they make the order at the time the order comes through regardless of the time you choose for collection. So we collected an order that had been sitting on the counter for almost 45 minutes prior to the time we ordered for collection. The customer service was absolutely terrible! I was told that it wasn’t their responsibility and that I have to call them up to tell them to make it fresh if that’s what I want, when I had already chosen the time for collection to be 4:30pm and not ASAP. Why on earth would anybody not want fresh food?

   Ripped off, swore at in urdu/other language but a colleague of bloke confirmed he was swearinf and making lurid comments to my friend who had sexualised comments off guy claimed to be manager. Vile. Took 2 weeks for refund. Guy in pic the vile one.
