Its been a while since Ive ordered pizza from here, and gotta say, im thoroughly disappointed. For the premium price you pay for Domino's you would expect better aualittopping placement, and more than just a tiny sprinkle of cheese. Over all, gutted, it used to be so nice
Had the lovely experience of talking to one of the employees Jess. Not sure about everyone else but she was very polite when having to fill in for a colleague and delivered me extra yummy pizza.
Literally the rudest crew i have ever met from domino’s pizza. I am a lorry driver so the acces to food is sometime limited, i am using Uber Eats to order and they told me on the phone “we will cancel your order because we do not deliver to lorry drivers “ after i asked “so i understand that you don’t have respect for the lorry drivers who cannot go to a restaurant “ he just said “yes, i will cancel this order, talk with uber to get your money back” Lol the rudes Domino’s pizza branch i have ever seen
Always accommodate my needs for vegan cheese. Have to order normal cheese on the app but always change it for me, no problems, when we ring up, which is brilliant customer service. The store got quite busy with calls but the staff worked hard to get my pizza done on time. Very friendly and happy staff member that served me despite being overwhelmingly busy. Pizza was tasty and generous with the toppings.
Just had this delivered - opened the box and wondered if it was cooked yesterday and reheated. Rung the store, no offer to deliver another but they have refunded. For the price they charge plus the delivery this is seriously not acceptable.
Not good 2nd order in 2 weeks 1st week pizzas arrived very late and were burnt prepared to give it another chance tonight pizzas cold get your act together domino's used to be good but you don't get a 3rd chance
terrible service- we waited over an hour for our food, we called domino’s to see where the food was as it said it had been delivered, the man on the phone was very rude and abrupt and ended the phone when we asked how long it would be. we rang back 15 mins later as the food still wasn’t here & we were put on hold for almost 10 minutes whilst they ‘found another manager’. we then ended the call as they kept us on hold & when we’ve tried to ring back no one has been answering. The food finally arrived but was barely warm.
Ordered pizza chicken strippers & wedges on-line - checked 35 minutes later which stated everything had been delivered. Called Clowne Domino’s and spoke to an abrupt gentleman who started pizza was out for delivery and put the phone down. Everything arrived 10 minutes later pizza, chicken strippers & wedges all luke warm ☹️ Only half a dozen small wedges - All in all not a good experience. Which is unfortunate because past experiences have been good.
I think dominos have run out of cheese tonight. Poor quality, dry hardly any cheese
