To start with i had a drink at the bar. Brandy and diet coke and it cost £7.95 which started the evening off on a sour note. We stood for a while waiting to be seated when a member of bar staff finally said she would come round and seat us. Service was very slow and quite poor throughout our time there. When I looked at the drinks menu it stated vodka was £3.50 brandy was £5. So I asked for a vodka diet coke instead. When I paid the waitress said £7.95 so I asked how she came up with that price and was told all spirits with mixer are £7.95. So what i should of done is buy a vodka on its own and a full glass of diet coke for less! This has blown my mind and I wont be returning. Shame as the food was quite decent

Visited last Saturday evening - was very busy but lots of staff providing great service. Atmosphere was bustling and welcoming. Food was excellent at reasonable prices, and would have 5 stars but for the very limited vegetarian options.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant, authentic Italian food with fab staff. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

A large modern Italian restaurant, very busy and noisy when we called on a Saturday night. Everything was average, food, service and atmosphere although there was a couple of large parties so that might account for the noise. Very poor vegetarian selection only 1 starter and 1 main course or pizza's. Not a place I'd go back to in a hurry. Sorry about the photos we'd started eating the starters before I remembered to take a photo.

The food was excellent, the atmosphere electric, the waiters however seemed to be all over the place. Having said that, we had a brilliant night and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Food standards have really slipped lately! Garlic bread with cheese had tiny crumbs of cheese. Also charged me £10.50 for 3 glasses of orange cordial (basically a glass of water) safe to say I won’t be returning again

We arrived for our 8.15pm booking to find the restaurant very busy, we got served a drink and thought we'd have a long wait. This wasn't the case at all. We ordered and our food arrived without having to wait, excellent service. The food was delicious, we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will definitely be going again soon. Highly recommend.

Went for a family Christmas Day meal and it was one of the most disappointing meals we have ever had. It cost £70 for an average 3 course meal, the soup starter was bland, the main ( a traditional turkey meal) was served cold and with only 2 roast potatoes, no mash, no peas and was not filling at all. The Christmas pudding was stale and the custard cold. There was a rush to get you in and out and on top of the ridiculous price of the meal a service charge was also added to add further insult to injury. It was about as festive as a rainy day in Rochdale and it would be a crime to recommend to anyone to go here on Christmas Day. We have been going to Bacci for many years for meals and family events but will not go back again after this blatant financial exploitation of Christmas Day in such bleak and hard times. It gives me no pleasure to write this review but all I can say is to quote Scrooge himself as say “ba humbug” to Bacci on this occasion.

Went here for Christmas Dinner and overall it was really lovely, the only thing that wasn't great was that some of the veg was undercooked..... this was more than Al dente, we literally couldn't get a fork through the sprouts. Other than that we had a lovely time.
