   We used to order from here all the time until recently. Every time we ordered over the last few months each delivery was later than the delayed time we were told. When we rang to ask where the order was on the last occasion, I was spoken down to and how dare I complain. We had been patient with delays but over half an hour late after the stated delivery time which was already delayed is a bit much. No apology, nothing. Their customer service is appalling and we will not order again. Food was always good but being sworn at over the phone has just stopped me from every ordering again!

   Third time I clearly asked not to put onions into my meal due to my allergies. I repeated the request few times during my order and again received the meal with onions in and with wrong rice on top of it. Only reason I ordered from them again was that my friend likes their chicken parmo however even he agreed, no more orders from there.

   Ordered half & half pizza with tomato base. Received whole pizza the same with sweet chilli base. Other half had eaten 2 slices before I realised & told her it wasn't what I'd ordered so felt pointless to even try sending it back. Won't be using them again stick to Northern Spice

   Our local, every time we order we have really nice food. The most stand out thing for us has to be the level of respect the delivery guys give to us. For example tonight we ordered and it was freezing , opened the door and with the food in my hand I couldn’t close the door straight away, the delivery man came back up the drive after noticing my struggle and closed the door and was so polite. Excellent customer service. It really is the little things :) well done, excellent team! X

   We ordered 5 pizzas and chips on Thursday to be delivered on the Saturday at 1715 for a kids party and it never arrived. Called at 1730 they said it was on its way 10 mins later the guy I spoke didn’t know anything about. Kids had to settle for a few cherry tomatoes and Crisps. Cheers fellas

   Website says salad and sauce served separately and has no option of 'no salad' and 'no sauce'. Food came covered in salad - I can't eat tomato so that was a waste. Ordered mint sauce with kebab - they sent garlic mayo. Don't bother, eat elsewhere!
