   Waited over a hour. Food said it was delivered 15 minutes before it actually was. Supreme burger sent as ordinary chicken burger, No spice on chips, chips tasted like they had been microwaved 20 times. Spicy wings were rock solid. Chicken had that much grease It would make John travolta sweat. Pizza was okay one of the worst takeaways I've had in a long time. Unfortunately this place used to be okay

   Review for: Chicken Charcoal – Keighley We have ordered from Chicken Charcoal twice now, and unfortunately we will never be ordering from here again. Both times, we ended up having to call the shop to find out where our order was, even though they had already marked it as “completed” on Keighley Eats. It seems they do this just to ensure they get paid by marking the order as delivered within the set timeframe, even when it hasn’t arrived. Other online reviews mentioning cold food are absolutely correct. Our order arrived cold on both occasions. This time was even worse — the driver turned up with the wrong pizza, and the bag also contained items we hadn’t ordered, including a burger and drink. We knew he would be back, and sure enough, about six minutes later he returned to collect the items meant for someone else. He told us he would go back to the shop to collect the correct pizza. When it finally came, it was clear they hadn’t bothered to follow the instructions we added to the order. They added jalapeños and green chillies that we specifically asked to remove, and the pizza was stone cold, obviously left sitting in the shop while the driver tried delivering the wrong items first. The texture was doughy, unpleasant, and completely inedible. No one wanted to eat it, so we had to order food from somewhere else. We will never be ordering from this establishment again, and we encourage others to look elsewhere too — there are plenty of far better options in Keighley that actually provide proper service and hot food. Keighley Eats should also take some responsibility here. When businesses on the app repeatedly perform poorly, there should be an easier way for customers to report the issue and be protected from operators who do not meet even basic standards.

   Genuinely don't usually complain about a takeaway, but this place deeply disappointed, the portion sizes are a joke! The wings I paid £6.50 and these are the size they came in and the wrap was litterally 1 Peice of big chicken with like a sprinkle of lettuce, there was no passion in the food or assembly of the food. Hand on heart never ever getting their food again what an absolute waste of money. The wrap was finished in the third bite.
